Call Amazon and second set replacement sheets was in the mail the next day!!! The sheets are soft, wrinkled free. And yes, I washed them before putting them on our bed. I bought these sheets for my king size bed last year and a 2nd king set 6 months later and since they fit so well I bought 2 queen size sheet sets for the guest rooms. They stay nice and tight and fit exactly the way they are supposed to. I've had other fitted sheets that pop off of the corners or get extremely loose so they don't feel like a fitted sheets. My friend told me these sheets were “viral” and I had to buy them. So yes of course I bought them and had to give them a try. I ordered them on prime day and received them overnight with free shipping. I took them out of the package and had to wash them before the first use. At first touch these sheets are very soft and smooth feeling. I washed them by themself with no laundry detergent in the washer chamber, but inside the slide out detergent holder. I them dried them on low and when they were done came out with these stained like areas scatter on the top and bottom sheet. The sheets themselves are great, but I was not thrilled with how they came out of the washer. This could be a me problem, but I’ve washed other sheets the same way without any issues. ... show more

I originally gave this product a one. The reason is because after washing the sheets one time the seems opened up and there were loose threads. When I contacted Amazon they asked me to contact the manufacturer which I did. They told me that it was past the return window and I explained to them that we didn't use them for 4 months after I purchased them while we were waiting for an apartment to open up. I sent pictures and had several back and forth emails explaining the situation. I changed my review from a one to a four based on the customer service that I received resolving this issue. They agreed to give me a full refund on both sets of sheets. My review of four stars reflects their willingness to work with me and show exceptional customer service. I like the sheets they fit they are a little thinner than I expected but for the price what could I expect. I really don’t think their deep pockets like I wanted them to be and I thought they would have more elastic on the corners to hold the sheets. Overall I like them would probably buy again. Very, very soft. The softest sheets I've had (not that I've had many). They do trap heat a bit, which as I understand it is normal for this kind of material. That might not bother me when it gets colder, but where I live it's still in the high 80s in November.
