My son wanted to be King George from Hamilton for Halloween. You can buy the full “more authentic” King George costume on Amazon but it is over $100 so I bought this, much cheaper option, instead and he was happy with it. The hat/crown was a little misshapen but I was able to fix it using my steam iron. He wore a black T-shirt and black sweatpants underneath and it was good enough for two hours of trick-or-treating. He is almost 6 foot tall and the cape came to about to his knees. I think this would fit a wide variety of sizes. ... show more

This king costume was a good value for it's money but don't expect a high quality set that can be worn frequently. The material is thin and it is made well enough for occasional use I would be afraid to put this in the washer - I would suggest a higher quality set for frequent use.

The colors are bright the hat is not of the best quality on the flimsy side and to-pointy but for the price it is great to wear as a costume. You pretty much get what you would see in a Halloween store. My son used it a few time he probably can reuse it again and I did have to reinforce the Velcro near the collar area it does pull off around the neck so I would suggest to reinforce it if take it off a few times it is a lightweight material so it is delicate. As for fit, it can fit a person up to 5‘3“ at the most anyone taller than that it will rise above the ankle. My son is just about 5 foot and it went down just slightly above the floor. ... show more

Originally supposed to arrive by Oct 27th and paid for express shipping. 10/27 came and went, no costume. Received notice on 28th that shipping was delayed and would now arrive sometime between 10/29 - 11/4 . THANK GOODNESS it came on Friday the 30th, just 2 hours before our Halloween Party. The hat itself was cone shaped and does not look like it did in the photo, even with manipulation. Good price point though. ... show more
