How does this have such a good rating?! It can barely even be called a garland. It’s the opposite of full. Looks like someone picked a branch off of a dying tree. Absolutely pitiful!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I purchased this garland for use on an outdoor fence line. I may reconsider using it outdoors because the pinecones are lightly wired into the garland: I have concerns about it withstanding some of the harsher winter weather we can get in the midwest. The garland arrives compressed and needs to be "fluffed" when set up. The quality of the garland is fair and there are more "needles" per branch than other garlands, but the "needles" do not have dimension; they are flat pieces of PVc film. Other garlands have dimensional needles made from PE or PVC. The garland "shreds" also. My experience is that after a few years, the garland "thins out" and needs to be replaced. There are 50 lights that shine brightly but are small. The timer is nice and concealed to protect against the elements outdoors. It is better than running extension cords. The unit requires 3 "AA" batteries, not included. ... show more
