I got a bread machine for Christmas and one of the first things I made was King Arthur's Pizza Italiana Pizza Crust. I add a tablespoon of this flavoring and it really makes a difference. This will be a product I keep on hand. It's quite pricey, but the wonderful flavor makes it worth it!

This is great for adding to your pizza dough to give it a subtle kick of flavor. It doesn't take much, so the jar last a long time. Use one heaping teaspoon per cup of flour. I coupled it with King Arthur's Pizza Seasoning. It has a kick to it - so start slowly with it.

If you want to give your home made dough that pizzeria taste and smell, this is what you need because it smells like the dough I used to use at Round Table. It's a great seasoning option for a single container and after 20 purchases the quality has always been dependable.

It's a very disappointing small 4oz container, I definitely will not buy this again, too expensive for the amount your getting.
