I love books. I love the feel of books, the smell of books, turning pages. I love books. I actually wore out my last Kindle (2010). Took it all over SW Asia, thru heat, sand and dirt and it worked right up until the day the battery refused to charge. This new model is much easlier to see and use. I really love it.

I like that it is bigger than my old kindle (6.8” as opposed to 6”). And I like the fact that the cover came with it. There is less margin area than the old one. I don’t like that my fingers slip and I get things I don’t want. That’s part of getting used to it, I suppose.

I had the very first one and it no longer works. So, I purchased this one and wished I done it sooner. I can change the size of the font so I can read it with and without my glasses. Easy to download books and cook books.

Was interested in reading in bright sunshine and thinking of getting one. Was on a recent cruise to the Bahamas and a lady next to me had one on an island.
