It’s an unusual scent that settles nicely. Very layered and hard to pinpoint its origins, which is what makes it so addictive. I found myself Inhaling my wrist all day. Not everyone’s skin will react the same. I loved how my chemistry combined with this combination.

    • dissonant fruit over cloying powder and spice -- not Kilian's best work
This scent drew me in with delicious, nuzzly, peachy lychee top notes. fruity and sparkling! how could i not love it? well after an hour, the drydown really made my stomach turn. Myrrh-ish, headache-inducing, cloying, heavy and overly powdery that others describe as "OL" (shhh... that means "Old Lady"--pls don't take it personally, it's what others have called it, i'm an OL myself). Yet i love powder! how could this fragrance go so possibly wrong? Sadly, it's just not composed harmoniously -- i feel it is dissonant. Reminds me of Serge Luten's Jeux de Peau -- loved the buttery toasted golden top notes, but the drydown made me ill. I highly recommend Kilian's other fragrances: Back to Black, Beyond Love, Love, and Incense Oud are my top picks; these are more well blended compositions that better define the brand. ... show more
