These were a great purchase. I got them in summer 2019 to teach my 3 and 4 year olds to play. We wound up using them a ton during COVID in big fields. We've used them on vacations. They are very compact in the bag - don't take up much space. I can even squeeze them hard and fit into a backpack. The last year, I used them more than once a week as a kindergarten soccer coach and they worked great. The goals have short "tent poles" but with only one bend (two pieces) so the 4-6 year olds have always been able to put them together with/for me. One of my K players pulled the connecting bungee too hard (the one within the "tent" pole) for one pole and now it's not working great. But hey - I got three years of regular use out of these which is a great value. Also, while not as durable as Puggs, they don't "flip" over in the wind or after a shot as easily as Puggs do. So I kinda liked them better. They aren't as easy to assemble as Puggs... Also, they do that twist-and-collapse thing for putting away. I have a windshield sunshield like that, a beach tent like that, and a play castle like that for my kids so I don't really mind the technique. But some people detest it (it's the twist into small wire-bordered circles design). Take that into consideration before buying. I've never had a hard time putting back into the bag after use but I did have to "start over" making my circles sometimes after a failed twist. Anyway, I think these are pretty great.

Let’s be honest — I didn’t buy this pop-up soccer goal just for the kids. Sure, it rolls up into a nice little circle burrito, fits in a low-profile bag, and sets up in seconds. But deep down, I was also imagining myself slamming in goals from 3 feet away while my 3-year-old cheers like I’m Messi. And for the first few days? It was glorious. We’d pop it up in the backyard, the kids would play for exactly 5 minutes, then abandon it to go dig a hole or chase a butterfly. And there it would sit — proudly upright, gently swaying in the wind like a plastic shrine to my athletic mediocrity. ⸻ ✅ The Good: • Super portable: Folds up tighter than a toddler in a tantrum. • Quick setup: Pops open faster than my kids say “I’m bored.” • Perfect size: Big enough for toddler dreams, small enough not to destroy the lawn. • Low profile: Hides easily when you realize it’s still out at 9 PM and it’s about to rain. ⸻ ❌ The Gripe: Here’s where it lost a star: The zipper on the pocket that holds the upright support stake ripped after a few days. Now, when I line up my signature dad-goal — full power, no mercy — the stake pops out like it’s had enough of my nonsense. The goal flails. My toddler laughs. My pride limps away with a pulled hamstring. Look, I get it — it’s for kids. But when you’re marketing something that encourages grown-up-sized brag goals, maybe reinforce the zipper? ⸻ 🧠 Final Thoughts: Even with the minor flaw, this thing is still a hit. It’s fun, fast, and folds up like a dream. But fair warning: if you’re planning to channel your inner World Cup star and go full send on your shot, reinforce that stake pouch or prepare for liftoff. Would I buy it again? Yes. Would I try to dunk on my 3-year-old with a goal celebration again? Also yes. Would I warm up first this time? …Maybe.

These are great as they're bigger than a lot of the goals on Amazon. They're also super convenient and easy to pack and take along wherever you go. The problem is the poles rip through the fabric pretty easily and once they do they slide out pretty frequently. Everything else seems to hold up pretty well, but you'll probably see other reviews mentioning the same thing with pictures showing the rods ripping through the fabric. It isn't a deal breaker, but definitely something to keep in mind if you decide to buy.
