Awesome little house and kids love it but: if you are NOT mechanically inclined, find someone who is to put it together for you. The reason being that some pieces are mis-marked with wrong numbers and the sketches in the instructions are sometimes inaccurate. Also, the manufacturer states it takes a half hour to assemble. More like a half day and I am very mechanically inclined. I highly recommend a coat or two of waterproofing on the roof if not the entire exterior. Overall, a great playhouse for what I paid for (just under $300).

Money not being returned for what I didn’t pay for false advertising brand new to take my money for damaged and used products and not give me a refund and i paid for tape and for the pick up return. The pics are proof directions say no predrilled holes see my photos for the lies. It was dusty from sand, mat missing and the house looked used paint very dole yellow spots on the white portions of the house. The box was tapped the hell up when it arrived “severally” as well tape looked old. It states new I paid for a brand new house. Especially for $400 some odd dollars I’m pissed with Insurance. Mind you it’s for a client I had a deadline lost money etc. I was suppose to have the post house setup with decor for a bday celebration this company is extremely bad for my business you can tell is was damaged. They also want me as a women to carry this damaged box that it came in already damaged to a local ups store. I can’t even pick it up let along put it in an uber that’s why I purchased online. Now I’m paying about $20 dollar to have ups pick up something they should have never sent.
