    • Very easy to clean. Keeps stuff cold for many hours
How many hours? I forgot and left my 7 year old's lunch box on the couch after school. We put a cold pack in there (the lunch box has a compartment for it) and there were some uneaten grapes and cheese cubes in a container he didn't eat. I pack his lunch at 7:00 AM. At 6 PM, the cold pack still has some chill to it, and the grapes are still well below room temperature. Typically when he gets home at 3:15, the coldpack is still frozen in the middle and everything is still coldish. (for reference, We used to have a lunch box made by a ll bean, but the coldpack would be barely cool at 3 pm.) Roomy. This thing has PLENTY of room. Sure for a 7 year old kid, but plenty for me as well. I can fit 2 sandwiches and 4 sides in there. Or, for him, it's a yogurt, a banana, cheese cubes, and 2 snacks, a pint of milk (or I could put his water bottle, but his bookbag has a spot for that). After 1 month of purchase, insulation started to tear. I requested a replacement and one was sent. I returned it through kohls for free. I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more

I bought this bag for my 9 year-old as a backup for when she inevitably leaves her other bag at school. It quickly became the favorite. I bought a unicorn patch to decorate it and it's adorable now. It keeps food and drink cold and has enough space for a big lunch and water bottle. It is a soft bag, but the firm foil protects contents from being crushed. I bought this for my son to replace an old lunch container that he had for 5 years. We have been using it for the last couple of weeks and so far it seems pretty solid. I was a little surprised how easy the zipper worked (reviews of other bags stating that zippers seem to go out easily) but maybe that was just in comparison with his old one which was quite hard to do up. All up, this is a good bag. It does what ti is meant to do (keep things cool) and is a nice internal volume so we can fit a few more things in than we used to in his old one.     • Inner lining cracked just from regular use after only a few months!
We really loved this lunchbox for our first grader, but just noticed that the lining has cracked in several places! It might have been like that for a while which makes us really concerned that it hasn't been keeping the food insulated and cold enough with the ice pack. If there is a lifetime warranty, would love it if they could replace it ASAP and we'll give it one more chance. ... show more

My first grader uses this bag every day. It's plenty of room for her lunch plus a snack. She loves the look. I love that it's still all in one piece! The handle also has a plastic squeeze buckle strap so she could clip it to her backpack or something if she wanted.
