This is a cute set but the blue spade is hard for my 2 year old grand daughter to put sand on. She doesn't mind and I don't either as it takes longer to fill a bucket and keep her occupied. They are the right size for her. I bought them for her Easter basket. I will update this review when summer comes around and it gets more use.

The little ones loved these! We had so much fun repotting flowers and herbs. They couldn't wait to use them and told their parents how much fun they had at grandma's house. They are just the right size for little hands and so cute and colorful. They are made well and seem sturdy so we will definitely keep using them.
