It comes with all the parts and tools except a Phillips screwdriver. There aren't too many pieces of hardware to install; just simply follow the manual instructions. This ATV 4 Wheeler has a nice color mix of green and black, and the design is stylish. It’s also easy to operate by pushing the buttons and hitting the accelerator. It can drive forward and backward. Moreover, it can connect to Bluetooth and play music. Even has bright headlights. My kids can sit and drive without issues. For safety reasons, kids do need helmets and pads. The media could not be loaded. So this is an upgrade for our son we had a 12 V truck that was also remote controlled but now that he’s getting older and can drive that perfectly I decided to get an upgrade. First of all assembly was 1000 times easier than our other remote control power wheel. All you had to do was connect the front and back axle the suspension in the back and the four wheels as well as the handlebar and you were good to go. This ran for 6-8 hours on a full charge and we still have power and he didn’t even bother turning it off when he got off of it. The front lights, and the radio are super capable, and a very nice touch. And the fact that it comes with a backup support to keep your kid from rolling off is even better. I purchased the Hikiddo 24v 4 wheeler. I assembled product. I charged the battery for 12 hours as suggested in the instructions. My 3 year old grandson used the 4 wheeler for one day until the battery needed recharging. I plugged the charger in for 12 hours overnight. The 4 wheeler did not seem to take a charge. I started a return. I was told that I must disassemble and package in original packaging and that I was to pay return shipping. I haven’t priced shipping, but can only imagine that it would be very expensive for me to ship something of this size and weight. I understand that this is a third party seller. I feel Amazon should make it easier to return a third party item. After all, I purchased this through the Amazon app. I trusted Amazon and do not feel that I should have to read the fine print on everything that I purchase through Amazon. Just install the four wheels and the steering wheel, and it's almost done. The only thing is, this car seems not as big as I imagined; it's more suitable for one child, not two.
