I love this little library nook for children. It is beautiful and heavy. We needed a calm down area for my son and got this for his birthday. So far so good. The assembly was a little difficult for me, however, I was able to do it myself in a few hours or so. It holds a lot of books and it is sturdy. My son likes his reading nook. It was a little difficult to assemble because the holes weren't lined up and we had issues with some of the hardware, but we were able to get it together. Overall this product is adorable. It took 3 adults to put it together because as others have commented SOME of the holes dont align properly. With that being said, it was not that difficult to put together if you are a person who actually READS AND FOLLOWS the directions. I sadly admit that a couple of the corners chipped easily, when I was sliding the 1st and 2nd pieces together, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE IT WILL CHIP THE surface if you put too much pressure on the pieces.
