Purchase a larger dirt bike for 9 y/o grandson from another company. My daughter thought it was too big so I purchased this bike. It’s really smaller than imagined from the photos and vids. Too small for 9 y/o, but perfect for 5 y/o granddaughter. Easy assembly and start. Relatively good battery life with ok charge time. NEGATIVE - wish they had easy way to swap out batteries. We purchased this for our son’s birthday- it wouldn’t charge. The customer service sent us a new battery - 2 weeks after his birthday he finally got to ride it. It still never gets a full charge - the charger isn’t strong enough to charge the battery. He asks for a different bike every day cause he only gets 1/2 a charge and can only ride it for maybe 20-30 minutes before it dies. For the amount of money we spent it is so disappointing.
