  • Now my Kicker speakers are protected!
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
The speaker grills fit perfectly and they look great.

  • Good product. You may need to buy specific screws to install.
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
Great speaker grill. Fit perfectly on my Comp VX 12. Yes, it is plastic but once mounted it's very sturdy. Nothing in my trunk is going to hit it hard enough to break it or even bend it. The only issue is I had to buy different screws to mount it. You need pan head screws, but the holes are small so all the ones I had wouldn't fit. Not a huge deal, but still should be noted. ... show more

  • Good grill but plastic
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
I got this to protect my Kicker CVR 12 sub under my rear seat. I am hopeful that it will do the job but still a little leery because it is plastic. The mounting holes have metal rings in them so i wasn't worried about cracking them when mounting the sub solidly. Also, in the user manual it states to mount the sub with plat headed screws and not angled head screws. All in all, it looks nice and appears to be able to do the job but only time will tell! Recommended but know what you are getting is plastic. ... show more

  • Works with kicker Comp-R vented box
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
Works with kicker Comp-R vented box. Comp-R is not listed on the compatibility list. I was worried about it not being on the list but other reviewers said it would work and it does. You can tell that it was made to fit because there are alignment holes that it fits perfectly. This grill is plastic though it looks like metal. It will protect my sub in the event that something larger than the openings tries to puncture the sub. The grill came with a tag attached that says don't use screws with a tapered head. Use screws that have a flat head. I started with a Kicker loaded box that already had the sub in it. (vented box) I reused the same screws and it worked fine. I did have to shake the sub around at times to line it all up. (to get the screw to 'drop' in the hole that is) I also had to remove some sticky tape trim pieces that hid the screws themselves. Actually they were 4mm Hex head fasteners. I wanted to confirm that like other reviews have said, it will work a Kicker Comp-R pre-loaded box. (box and subwoofer, no amp that is) ... show more

These fit my 12” MTX Terminators, and look good doing so! They’re strong as hell too. I’ve thrown things in my trunk without thinking twice thanks to these!

bought it for a jbl basspro 12. screw holes lined up perfect. Should fit most subs I think? just make sure there is enough clearance if you use it for non kicker sub.

  • Pro Tip
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
Fit like a glove. You will be removing existing screws from speaker and reusing them to install grill.I would recommend leaving one screw in keeping the speaker attached to the sub box if your installing the grills with the sub box already in a trunk or small space where you can't lay the sub box on its back. Then attaching the grill with one screw before taking the last screw out of speaker. Start all your screws before tightening them down.. installing in this order will prevent your speaker from falling out of sub box while trying to reuse the same holes the speaker was originally attached to.. the last thing you want to do is make new holes in your sub box reducing the integrity of the sub box design. ... show more
