I bought this as my first diy acrylic set and I love it! It’s a beautiful kit with just about all the essentials. You’ll need a dapper dish, an e-file and a lot of patience. My first set just started to grow out 3 weeks in and no lifting! Love Kiara Sky! Arrived quickly. I ordered this kit because it came with everything I needed as a beginner. And I heard good things about Kiara sky. I especially like that it came with a Kalinski brush and those ones are pretty pricey so within the kit I felt like it was a better deal. Unfortunately the acrylics aren’t that good they’re super runny and hard to work with and it’s not due to the temperature or anything else that I could be doing wrong because I have been using vbeatypure and young nails and those ones perform a lot better. The set is cute and decent for the price the main things I use are the brush & monomer. Which I am also looking for a different one just because this one is super strong and the smell tends to linger even after I use it. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with the kit had a not had other acrylics to practice with. It would be completely useless unfortunately. I had high hopes. But it’s cute I’ll give them that & the brush works well! ... show more

    • Size is worth the price
Product images make it look like a sample size kit but this thing is huge! All full size products. The brush it comes with looses bristles too much but the design of the handle is pretty. Edge of tips are very rough and jagged but comes with a whole full size set. Bottom coat is sticky which seems like it's not drying, but that's intentional for the acrylic to adhere better. Top coat was not "no-wipe" so it was tacky and the set didn't come with wipes which I feel like is a small thing to not add for the price. Overall, good product and I would recommend for anyone looking for start doing acrylics. ... show more

I bought this kit because I was so sick of paying basically this same price (sometimes more) for a full set. It took some practice and a lot of YouTube tutorials because I had zero experience before this, but this kit has already paid for itself at least twice over in the amount of money it’s saved me! The acrylic itself is super easy to work with for a beginner, I’m only now reaching the end of the pink acrylic about 3 months later so it lasts a very long time as well. I will say, as a lot of these other reviews are saying, mine did come with all glue completely dry so make sure to get your own nail glue in case! ... show more

So I bought the kit for me and my 16 year old daughter to do our nails at home. She was able to do it by herself without any help and they turned out great. she said she really liked the look of the clear acrylic because they look like her real nails. It’s a little expensive but it’s better than paying $70-$100 for a set every 2 weeks. Definitely recommend ... show more

I really.like the kiara sky system! This is my first time doing acrylic on a real hand! Needs more shaping, BUT the application was easy and had me feeling like a pro! I'm confident I'm going to get better and better and plan om sticking with the kiara sky system!

    • SUCH A DISSAPOINMENT
I definitely expected some fumes and odor from the monomer but this is INSANE - I may as well have fumigated my house. Im almost worried about the exposure from using the product, even when wearing a mask. I just had my nails done a few weeks ago and I couldnt even compare the odor, there was no smell so I cannot justify why this product is so strong. I feel pretty ripped off now that I dont feel comfortable using it. THE PRIMER DOES NOT DRY - I had this issue and saw it all over the individual reviews confirming my experience. WASTE OF MONEY! Horrible first experience considering I follow creators that love and stand by these products. ... show more
