So I bought the kit for me and my 16 year old daughter to do our nails at home. She was able to do it by herself without any help and they turned out great. she said she really liked the look of the clear acrylic because they look like her real nails. It’s a little expensive but it’s better than paying $70-$100 for a set every 2 weeks. Definitely recommend ... show more

I really.like the kiara sky system! This is my first time doing acrylic on a real hand! Needs more shaping, BUT the application was easy and had me feeling like a pro! I'm confident I'm going to get better and better and plan om sticking with the kiara sky system!

    • Size is worth the price
Product images make it look like a sample size kit but this thing is huge! All full size products. The brush it comes with looses bristles too much but the design of the handle is pretty. Edge of tips are very rough and jagged but comes with a whole full size set. Bottom coat is sticky which seems like it's not drying, but that's intentional for the acrylic to adhere better. Top coat was not "no-wipe" so it was tacky and the set didn't come with wipes which I feel like is a small thing to not add for the price. Overall, good product and I would recommend for anyone looking for start doing acrylics. ... show more

I bought this kit because I was so sick of paying basically this same price (sometimes more) for a full set. It took some practice and a lot of YouTube tutorials because I had zero experience before this, but this kit has already paid for itself at least twice over in the amount of money it’s saved me! The acrylic itself is super easy to work with for a beginner, I’m only now reaching the end of the pink acrylic about 3 months later so it lasts a very long time as well. I will say, as a lot of these other reviews are saying, mine did come with all glue completely dry so make sure to get your own nail glue in case! ... show more

We got this today and the glue was completely dried out and it is non-refundable. Very disappointed being how expensive this was.

    • Too watery for a good finish
Thought the kit was pricy, the monomer and acrylic became watery every time I'd put it on my nails which means that even as little of that liquid i use, the chemical mixture still becomes really watery then I'm not able to shape it right coz it dries fast. I went to the salon to get the ones I did redone and the lady said they look terrible and not good quality. The videos on YouTube are really good but I found it hard to replicate the experience.. if only I could get a refund ... show more
