  • One of THE Best Vanillas In My Collection (to my tastes)
I love this! It’s sweet and airy and smooth and long lasting! This is an elevated vanilla, with other notes present so it’s not pure vanilla extract like an Indult Tihota. It lasts on my skin 8+ hrs and 3+ days on the paper test strip I have. It is rather airy so I can see some people going anosmic to this like I’ve seen happen with Happy Dust. I am a vanilla fiend and have 50+ vanillas in my collection and can say that this definitely has a place without being duplicative. Now to compare it to the other vanillas that have been mentioned to hopefully level set some expectations: -Vs. Vanilla Skin: Vanilla Skin opens more peppery and has more of a wood dry down. Vanille Blanc is sweeter and more airy in comparison. Vanille also lasts longer on my skin. -vs. Bare Sueded Vanilla: Bare is way more sandalwood forward. Vanille has more of a spun sugar feel to it and lasts longer. -vs. Bare Vanilla: The apple(not an Eden Juicy Apple kind of apple, it’s much softer) and powdered sugar notes in Vanille Blanc opens a lot sweeter and Vanille Blanc is a lot stronger and more complex. Def two different vanillas here. Overall, this is a great cozy, airy, and complex Vanilla scent that is great for everyday. Scent bubble is close but long lasting due to the 30% perfume oil concentration. This is not a loud carmelized vanilla like a Bianco Latte, nor is it as woody like The 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods. It is also not a straight extract Vanilla like Tihota. ... show more

  • Khadlaj Sawaar Vanille Blanc - Stamp of Approval
I own well over 90 fragrances of all sorts from cheap/clones, to niche, to designer and up in price (no, I’m not a fragrance influencer, and no I don’t have a problem with collecting, at least I don’t think I do haha I guess it depends who you ask) and I just received this one today from Amazon. I wanted to add another vanilla style fragrance for the cooler months, especially to use for layering with other colognes, and I must say, this fragrance absolutely did not disappoint. Fairly impressed actually, as I went in blind and super skeptical. I’m partial to the vanilla-based scent profile in fragrances as it is, both on women and men, but if anything I’m usually even more critical and picky when I test out new vanilla-like products to see how they fare against what I already own. This is quite simply a nice, clean burst of just smooth, creamy, airy, and slightly sweet and powdery (and barely powdery for those of you who steer clear of that note) vanilla elegance from the jump. Not too sweet, and not too harsh, which is exactly what I would prefer to wear in a vanilla-based/style fragrance. Almost like a vanilla bean type of vibe. It won’t ever overpower a room, but I would imagine you could easily command 4-6 hours of good to decent longevity with this, with mild projection, if sprayed accordingly in the right environment. I sprayed this on a t-shirt and also on my skin, and then waited an hour or so to see how it matured on both, and it was deliciously lovely all-around. I would say on my skin it was even better. I wanted to get a first take on the original spritz with a paper test strip, and then revisit the scent later. This leans more on the feminine side, maybe 55 or 60/40, but any man could also pull this off without an issue. Unisex friendly, for sure. As I said, I bought this fragrance with the intention of layering it with some of my other stronger cold weather preferred fragrances in my lineup (mostly ones with a heavier tobacco, boozy, woodsy, or smoky note) as this will help bring out and complement them all in different, unique ways. In my opinion: the soft, light smoothness of this particular fragrance reeks of good quality from the first spray, and I would certainly recommend this to others out there in the market for a similar scent profile to either pair/layer with other complimentary notes in other fragrances, or just as a solid daily wear in the cooler months of the year. My personal test on longevity has yet to be truly determined, so I can only base this review off my first impression here. I would need to test it out more for further evaluation. I would imagine you could also pull this fragrance off in the Spring or Summer if used strategically, and paired with the right citrusy notes as well, but I usually lean more toward the colder weather if I’m ever reaching for a vanilla style fragrance. It truly screams that to its core, first and foremost. I’m sure most would agree on that. Definitely wouldn’t leave a long review like this if I didn’t feel it deserved one. I usually only write reviews for products I either absolutely love or hate. This one gets my love vote. They did a great job with this fragrance. As mentioned, I went in cautiously open-minded (and skeptical) and not expecting this to exceed my expectations, but I’m pleased to say it did. For someone who really appreciates the vanilla scent profile, it’s a must-have if you ask me. I don’t think you’ll regret it. This will, without question, enter and remain in the regular rotation of my collection during the seemingly endless cold weather months going forward. Enjoy, everyone! EDIT/UPDATE: After having this fragrance and using it on several occasions now (at least 4 times), I would like to think I have a good pulse on the longevity of it. I’ll be honest, the fragrance by itself isn’t very strong. To be fair, I had purchased this fragrance mainly to use specifically for layering with/on other fragrances that I have to help enhance them, so if we’re basing the review off layering/pairing capability, it’s really a solid choice. I used this twice by itself in order to test its durability for this review: You could probably get about 3-4 hours of mild longevity from clothes before it becomes more of a skin scent. However, I must admit, the skin scent is fantastic. On skin, you could still faintly pick up the scent around the 6 hour mark. Beyond that estimated 4 hour mark, it’s pretty tough to really pick it up off of your clothes. When you layer it with another fragrance, it’s just better. Hope this helps! ... show more

  • Beautiful Feminine Perfume!
I recently started collecting middle eastern perfumes. They are such a fantastic value, smell awesome, great dupes of expensive niche perfumes and are even stronger and last longer than the original niche fragrances. Sawaar Vanille Blanc was recommended by Precious Aromas YouTube channel as one of her top 10 and she was right. This perfume is absolutely beautiful. I watch a lot of YouTube channels on middle eastern perfumes and Sawaar Vanille Blanc was highly recommended. I am so happy to add this perfume to my collection. ... show more

  • 12-14 hours longevity on skin, days on clothes.
Editing my review: After 6 weeks, this perfume has matured. I take it back. This has a longevity of 12-14 hours. Days on clothes. I would say 2-3 days because I wear a shoulder sling and I could still smell it that long after. I would have given it 5 stars had I written this review much sooner but I smelled another perfume prior to writing this one and all my vanilla fragrances now smell sub par. All vanilla’s now have that cheap synthesic characteristic that I cannot “unsmell”, if you know what I mean. Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice perfume, the new one I got just ruined all Vanillas for me. ******* Overhyped by paid for influencers for sure. “Fart in the wind” is the best description I could give it. Too bad perfumes aren’t returnable on Amazon, unlike on TikTok shop. Its gone after it dries Down. Can’t believe this is an extrait! Cologne/body spray at best?!! Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t smell bad, but for the price I couldve gotten me A body spray from Victoria’s Secret that had better Longevity. At least VS wouldn’t mislead Me… ... show more

  • SO MANY COMPLIMENTS
So worth the hype. Scent is beautiful, it’s like a better version of vanilla skin. Sweet, woody, and complex, but not sickeningly gourmand. Lasts way longer & better projection than vanilla skin. Seriously the lasting power and throw of this fragrance is among the best. I would say the apple is subtle, and not super noticeable. I’ve had it for a few days and I’ve already received more compliments than any other perfume I own. ... show more

  • Vanilla Skin Lovers Will Probably Love This!
For context, I’m a huge fragrance lover with a small collection of both designer and Arabian perfumes. Some of my mainstream favorites are Phlur Vanilla Skin, Skylar Pomegranate Princess, Kayali Yum Boujee Marshmallow / Vanilla Candy Rock Sugar, Killian Love, Don’t Be Shy, and Lush Super Milk. From Arabian brands, I love Nebras, Choco Musk, Pink Blush, and Khair Confection. If you like Phlur Vanilla Skin, there’s a very good chance you’ll love this fragrance. It has that same spicy, slightly woody vanilla profile and dries down into a beautiful, multidimensional vanilla. While I'm not sure if I'd call it a perfect 1:1 dupe, it’s very reminiscent of Vanilla Skin overall. I recently finished a travel-size bottle of the Vanilla Skin body mist, and since Arabian fragrances tend to last longer on me while also being more affordable, I was hoping to find something that could fill that same role in my collection. Honestly, this does exactly that. I don’t really feel the need to repurchase Vanilla Skin now because this scratches the same itch for me while offering better performance. That said, if you’ve never smelled Vanilla Skin before, I’m not sure this would be the safest blind buy. I’d probably recommend stopping by Sephora or another beauty store to smell Vanilla Skin first and see if you enjoy the pink pepper / woody vibe before purchasing. My only gripe is the price; $50 feels a little high for an Arabian fragrance. Overall, I’m still very happy with it and would absolutely recommend it. I’m especially excited to use it as a base for layering with fruity and other vanilla-forward scents. EDIT: After having this for about a week, I PERSONALLY feel like the wear time is only a few hours, which makes me a but sad. I still feel like I can utilize this as a great layering combo to sweeten/deepen scents, but I don't fully feel like I could wear this as a standalone perfume & feel confident in its performance. I don't regret this purchase (the bottle is beautiful & it still smells great!), but I am less enthused than when I originally wrote the review, so I wanted to be transparent in that. With that said, EVERYONE'S SKIN & SKIN CHEMISTRY IS DIFFERENT! This may not be an issue for you :) ... show more

  • Good but not Great
As someone who has an extensive perfume collection, Vanille Blanc isn’t that special. Is it sweet?-Yes Is it vanilla?-Yes Does it have some depth to it?-Yes Is it a must buy?-Definitely not You’ll like this if you favor a vanilla that went to college and got their AA but by no means a PHD. I was really impressed by the packaging. The bottle has a good weight to it and the quality is much better than a designer fragrance double or triple the price. The longevity is underwhelming at a 4 hour window tops. The price is exceptional and it’s a good quality product. It just isn’t worth cluttering a vanity if you want something more exciting, unique and overall better. ... show more

  • A gorgeous vanilla that lasts for hours
If you're a vanilla lover looking for a fragrance that smells luxurious and actually lasts, this is an easy recommendation. It's become one of my favorite gourmand fragrances, and I'll definitely keep it in my collection. The longevity is excellent. I could still smell it on my skin hours later, and it lasted even longer on my clothes. The bottle is beautiful and looks elegant on my fragrance shelf. The opening is a little stronger than the dry down, but it settles into a gorgeous scent after a few minutes. ... show more
