This stuff is very inexpensive and well worth it for sure. I wasn't honestly expecting much but ended up being pleasantly surprised by this purchase. I looked at some of the reviews and most were pretty positive. The ones I paid attention to most came from women, wives or girlfriends writing reviews on the cologne bought by or for their significant other. There were a few & all were positive so I bought it. Side note: there were several morons that wrote reviews stating that it doesn't last long. Cologne is not an all day thing, especially if you spray it only on your skin. Pretty solid for the price, but the scent is very heavy on the vanilla and smells closer to a feminine perfume than a masculine or gender neutral cologne. I would prefer if the spice was the prominent scent and not the vanilla. The spray nozzle is pretty generous and I find that only 2 pumps gives you a strong but not overwhelming scent and lasts through most of an 8 hour work day. 1 pump fades after a few hours and 3 is a bit on the heavy side. I wish I could give this 3.5 stars due to the scent, but have given it a 4 for the value for money and how long the scent lasts. ... show more

I'm the wife, and I'm not some perfume connoisseur or anything. Kind of just started our journey into fragrances. I chose this one because it seemed less vanilla-y yet still warm and complex. I bought 2 by this brand as a surprise for my husband. This one smells delicious, delightful, and tantalizing! I like him to apply this an hour or so before bed so I can fall asleep cuddling smelling this amazing scent. Any of you remember the classic Bath n Body "Midnight Amber" or "sensual Amber" (something like that) scent? It definitely has a top layer that is like Amber and a little musk, tobacco/whiskey, along with a lingering scent of something lighter so it's not too woody or a super strong winter type scent. I got this one along with Cypress and Silver Moss (don't have the bottle beside me, may have got the name a bit off) in which that one is also a warm leather-ish scent, but lacks a deeper complexity that even I as a novice notice. I've read a lot of mixed reviews of this cologne. I used the shower gels and love the aroma. The cologne is perfect. It's long lasting and not overbearing. I definitely enjoy and recommend this.
