This very dainty chain is smooth, shiny, and holds three religious medals beautifully. The silver chain that’s gold plated seems quite strong as well. My patron saint medal is solid gold and a slightly different color than my other medals so I decided to add it to the clasp and let it be on the back of my neck. The 26” length is perfect for wearing on the inside or outside of my clothes and it allows me to slip the necklace off over my head without undoing the clasp. Beautiful chain. Went very well with my own pendant. I wore this several times and enjoyed it immensely. However, recently the chain hung up on something and snapped in two- very quickly. How sad 😔. I will need to replace this now. I may look for a chain that is a little thicker next time. If you wear your chain for short period of time and take care of it you should not have any issues with breaking. I do tend to wear my necklaces all day and my days can be quite long. I love this chain, it is very delicate, shiny and beautiful. it won’t tingle easily either which is very nice. This is delicate and fragile though so it will break easily if it gets stuck on something. This is the third one I’ve bought in the last few years because both of the other ones broke when my baby grabbed onto it and pulled. In all fairness, though it was a hard pull and they’ve lasted me quite a few years otherwise. I think the recommended length for a woman was 18inch which I don’t agree with. That is very high up on my neck and doesn’t look or feel right in my opinion. I wear mine a little longer than that. I got the 21 inch and it’s a much better length for me. I have a small charm on it and it hangs right in the middle of my chest bone just above the top of my breasts, about 3 inches below my collarbone. ... show more
