It failed after just two uses, despite the fact that I am well within the weight limit. The stitching on the sides proved to be of terrible quality, leading to the tub's failure. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the seller for a refund have been met with silence.     • Well worth the money as a “beginner” ice bath
I purchased this item because it was one of the least expensive ice baths with good reviews. I wanted to see if I saw any benefits from it. There are plenty of anecdotal benefits but few seen by science. The tub is very easy to assemble and move around. It has enough space for me to completely plunge. I think it would be tough to have a second person in it. I do feel rejuvenated after a plunge. If I continue to use it then I will get a water chiller so I don’t have to keep putting ice in it.     • Drowning hazard
Most important thing wrong with this: if you have kids around or ever visiting you, I suggest against getting this product, as it seems like a pretty tremendous drowning hazard. The top is a thin white piece of plastic (think beach ball material) - you blow up a ring around the outside of it, then place it on top of the tub. That piece is then covered by a tent-like material with elasticity around the sides so that it covers the tub and top. (Think like a giant plastic hair net). Once it’s all on, any pressure whatsoever pressed these tops down. There is not resistance to hold the top in place. As in, a curious child climbing or leaning can fall right into cold water and drown. Really needs to be more durable material with a way to latch it down for safety. There are tons of these products that are exactly the same and they will all likely change once a child dies. Hope this helps keep it from being yours. Less importantly, any time it rains, it’s so flimsy that you get a giant puddle and can’t lift the water out. The only way to get the cover off after raining is to dump the water (and any debris) into the tub. So even if you aren’t worried about kids, it always gets dirty bc of this design as well. It needs an overhaul and a solid, securable top. I hope they’ll soon change the design. ... show more

I am surprised by the high quality material. It feels very durable, easy to inflate but it doesn’t feel safe for kids.
