I was super excited to receive this keyboard but when I put the batteries in and started to tap keys (yes I turned it on) nothing came out except some weird popping from the speaker. So then I thought i might’ve turned the batteries the wrong way so I turned them around and put them back in and turned it on. Nothing again. So then I put in the Power jack and still nothing. So then I took the batteries out and tried with just the power jack. Still nothing not even the screen turned on. Big disappointment.

Bag zipper broken right out the package. Neither zipper is on the tracks. Other than that keyboard works fine. Just need a replacement bag to carry it.

Bought this for my 16 year old grandson. I was surprised at the quality for such a low cost. He was so excited to get it and a few hours later he sent me a video of him playing a simple song. He had never played a piano/keyboard before so I was very impressed. I would recommend this to anyone starting out to play an instrument without making a big investment.

While the product is advertised as being powered “by USB or battery,” this is simply not the case—namely because there IS no USB port, but rather a solid chunk of plastic with the word “USB” printed below. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker—until you realize that the DC9V adapter that was advertised as being included with the product is not included either! As such, you’re left to either purchase a DC adapter of your own (one that was supposed to be included), or 6 size D batteries. I cannot yet comment on the quality of the sound given I don’t currently have a means to power said keyboard. If you’re going to pay this much for a keyboard, you should be receiving the features—and accessories needed to power the keyboard—advertised as being included.
