The media could not be loaded. Caught me off guard that it came out foamy most just brew clear so I did a couple cycles of water after I used this and the water the first water cycle you can see granules on bottom of cup clearing out the residue but the directions does say do a water cycle after I did 2 just to be safe and the 2nd water came out clear which shows me this stuff worked it getting out the yucky stuff it does what it supposed to fo ... show more

Works a lot better than most of the other cheaper brands, although for the money they might be fine. For being Keurig brand, these aren't as expensive as I thought they would've been. Works great when you also use the descale feature every few months.

My Keurig 2.0 was starting to seem like it was starting the downward spiral, after only about 2 years, since I am not the most maintenance-minded. When it abruptly showed me the clean-the-needle error, I got a paper towel very wet and put it in there in place of the needle-cleaning tool; it did the trick, but the amount of gunk was disturbing. This got me thinking about maintenance, wondering what the manual would have said about that, and when I looked in the box it had come in (I always keep boxes), it turned out I had a needle cleaning tool, anyway. Doh! Still, my Keurig needed more cleaning and I am not the kind of person to have ten zillion solvents and tools if something simple can do the job. And that's exactly what these little pods are! Self-contained, so no cross contamination; small, so easy to store; simple to use and then dispose. You put a pod in the pod holder, run the machine on the cocoa setting at 8 oz., and with a little sizzling foam sound, SO MUCH RESIDUE is expelled with the water. Then empty the mug and remove the pod, run more hot water through (it says one cycle but I did two), and even MORE weirdness comes out. Since it was still flushing color and sediment after one, I did a second pod at that point, and two more water flushes. But I didn't need to do more, it seems to have done the trick at that point. Even for a maintenance shy person like I am, these are a no-brainer. I wish I had gotten some of these pods before. ... show more
