  • The lock mechanism broke after a year of weekend use
The plastic latch mechanism broke. The unit is now not useable. Amazon says to contact Keter for support. Keter says to contact Amazon. So basically I’m out of luck. This part should be metal but it’s plastic than will snap off over time. Too bad the toolbox is brilliant but it won’t last.

  • Way too expensive
I ordered 2 of these in 2020. I just wanted something affordable that I could put electrical and plumbing tool/supplies in so it was all organized and I could just grab and go when needed. They were perfect for the $54 I paid. I am astonished that they are $120+ now. They are definitely not worth that kind of money. ... show more

  • What a great rolling tool box! Super convenient
I've been using this for a few months so far and I have to say, it's been super convenient for me to store my tools I use the most, where I need to be. I don't like have a garage to work in, so I have to work at different locations around the house and being able to cart my tools around with a handle made things easier and more productive. I like the storage cups compartment for my screws and smaller stuff to store in, and I can see from the top where I need to reach. The other side holds longer items. As you can see in my pics, you can slide the top storage apart and get into the middle of the box that is plenty big enough to store a few power tools. Nothing is feeling like it's about to break. It rolls great and does lock from the middle so that it wont open up during transportation. As you can also see that the handle retracts in the body and pulls out to pull while walking ... show more

  • Not as awesome as it should be
It fits way more than I thought so videos to that, and I love the organization of the top compartments . But the lock is kinda a joke. The lock is a twist handle with a very small hole so you have to get an old fashioned padlock with a u-bar, so first off, easily cut off, but you won’t need to all you need to do to get into it is give it a half committed stop and crack the thin clear plastic doors that hold the turn handle... also to close it even you have to slide the sides together and line up 8 taps on each of the top covers than somehow turn the knob to latch it, worked great when it was empty but once heavy and full wasn’t easy to line up or keep together, gravity kept pulling the sides apart on the tracks... I’m happy with it because it hold my stuff.... but it mostly lays half open and the lids popped which annoyed my ocd. And I will be upgrading as soon as I can aford it. ... show more

  • Tool box
Very study, the lock does get some getting to use to at first but you get use to it. Depending on what you put in there it will get heavy with heavy tools. As a woman with a two storey home it isn't easy to get up and down stairs. I'm always thinking of scratches so my husband helps me lift it up and down stairs. Once it is on a flat surface, smooth sailing. The compartments on top are nice. The large chamber inside take some creativity to keep tidy and organize but if you only have large tools in there you have no problem. Small things can get lost and you'd have to literally take everything out to find a sanding sponge, a saw, a small hammer or painters tape. It all depends on what you store in it. Overall though I am glad I bought it. It hold pretty much all my husband's tools and his selection is large. I might need to get a chest sometime next year. ... show more

  • Sturdy and 5 year warranty for $50 love how it slides open!
I like the way it slides open and I dont have to u latch or remove other boxes like other tool brands that have them all stack on top of eachother. This tool box is great easy access to small nuts and bolts I can store wrenches and sockets in the other slide out drawer and the bottom part that is exposed when both drawers slide apart is big enough for my impact gun my impact socket set and my drill and driver combo kit and still has room for a few more things. I do not have a garage I have a shed and this is a great option for keeping my most used tools in one spot on wheels to role out to my truck or trailer or anything with wheels I have in my driveway without having to search for them I can grab this and go saves me time hassle I will see how long it holds up bit so far for $50 I would buy it agian and IT HAS A 5 YEAR WARRANTY which was a bonus that I did not k ow it offered. ... show more

  • Amazing—- bigger than I pictured it!
I am a normal person with a lot of regular tools all around the house ...some in toolboxes and some in junk drawers, so I just wanted to consolidate everything. This is it! It has one BIG space that fits a painter’s tray exactly at the bottom and then gets bigger going up from there. This definitely has all the correct sized spaces for all the nails, screws, and little bits and pieces scattered all around my house- so I have one place to go and the bonus is... it rolls! All my screwdrivers, drills, clamps, and carving tools now have a spot. I might buy another for all my crafting stuff like hot glue gun, ribbons, sequins, button collection, material scraps, knitting needles and crochet hooks, and a big space for all the specialty yarn. And I can lock it all up if hiding something away. :-) ... show more

  • Great for around the house but not weather resistant, as advertised.
Fast set up, durable box, overall great box. Not weather resistant as advertised though. I've had snow and standing water throughout my box after hauling it in back of the truck on two different occaisons.

  • Very Cheap Construction = Likely to Break.
Ok guys. Here's the real scoop on this product. I spent a few hours trying to find the best budget mobile tool box and I settled on this one. But - it just arrived and there are some big takeaways straight out the box. Let's get to the facts: -This product is very light -The lock mechanism is spring loaded and does not close easily. A slow push doesn't always latch so you're tempted to slam the two drawers together to secure the lock. This will for sure break after repeated use - rendering the whole product useless. -The top two drawers slide out but they are not secure on the rails, so if they are not pulled straight back from the center they will get stuck on the sides. -The lids on the drawers do not snap close. They are only held closed by the center lock when the whole unit is shut. -One of the drawers on my product was no properly on the rails. There are two tabs that click into a plastic hook. One of these tabs was bent and not attached to the drawer. I fixed it, but that's a bad sign. This product shipped broken. -There are just too many moving parts for this to be any kind of durable. The sliding handle is somehow cheaper than any budget travel suitcase. This thing will break if you need to use it daily. What this is good for? Art supplies and other at home hobbies prob. But I'd be extra cautious with the drawers. Tools? Forget about it (Can't believe the other reviewer used it for two years). Traveling? Nope. AV Gear? (The reason I bought it)? Unfortunately, no. It's just too cheap and I can't trust it to do the job. Back to my search. ... show more

  • Useful Mobile Toolbox
Keter Masterloader Resin Rolling Tool Box with Locking System and Removable Bins is a very useful mobile toolbox that makes organizing & setting up of offsite projects easier. The different sized removable bins are great for organizing & storing items, such as screws & bolts, while the bottom divider is useful for storing tools. The extendable handle & wheels make it easy to move the toolbox w/out lifting. Adding a hinged handle feature, however, would make rolling the toolbox even easier. The locking mechanism is another feature that could use some improvement as it isn't a very sturdy lock. Overall, I am very pleased w/the product. ... show more

  • A Handiman's Good Friend
We got this for my husband for a Father's Day Gift, after his old tool box disintegrated. He likes it a lot and it holds a really good amount of old tools. He loved the heavy duty back wheels. The top part is not as sturdy as it could be, but if taken care of should last a good amount of years. He is a Senior, so all he wanted was something to roll around the patio easily. Perfect. It is said to be weather resistant, but looking at the top, since it was going to be left outside in the patio, we purchased a waterproof cover that works really wells. For the price we thought this tool box was very good. ... show more

  • Well Made!
Style: Hawk Cart System
My husband teaches dance and we needed something very sturdy to take all of our music and Equipment around. The handle telescopes down and you sit on it if needed.

  • Good with small annoyances
I really did like this. Good storage space, plastic seems good, the pull-out handle and the wheels are nice too, however the main storage area is one big space so when you tilt the box to cart it away all your stuff moves around in there to one side. Also if have to kind of slam the top two parts together to close it, and that’s a little annoying. Good for the price but has those minor issues. I don’t regret my purchase. ... show more

It is sturdy and great fir dance stuff! I bought to put dance shoes, accessories, tights, make up, and hair stuff for completion and recital and it works beautifully! • No confidence in the closing/lock feature.
I like the size of the chest but that's about it. The locking feature is a joke. I think even the chrome-looking lock knob is plastic. Horrible design to open and close. I have to press down on both compartment sides and RAM them together to force the turn knob to engage for closing. I wish there were buckles or something to ensure the 2 sides will stay closed. Every time it's opened, 1 side will pull the handle out with it so it's annoying to always have to push it back in if I'm not going to use the handle to move it somewhere. I think I could of bought an ice chest for cheaper and would have more faith in knowing my tools won't fall out or that simply the lid won't break. I honestly don't know who would be happy with the quality of this product. ... show more
