Not intended for the ridiculously out of shape person! This thing is really good. I didnt realize just how out of shape I was until the first day I went to use it and could barely get in ONE rep! 😂 I definitely strained some muscles trying to get it done. It's been 10 days and it still hurts when I try to use it. My husband and kids can use it just fine though! I've been using it daily as an assist for lunges and that works great as it is easier on my bad knee. I definitely recommend taking it slow if you have a weak core. It went together very easy. My only dislike is it was supposed to come with a resistance band, but it wasn't in the box. ... show more

I was so excited when this showed up at my door. The instructions are not good, but take a deep breath, stay calm, lay out the few parts, and think for a moment, and start assembling. Should take you 10 mins or less. I was so excited to use this machine that before I knew it I already had 50 reps. Then I came back into the room and did another 50. Then later in the evening I did another 50. It gets the heart pumping. The next day I had some soreness but thought okay I got this, I am going to do 100 a day. Later in the day I proceeded to get more sore, lol. So much for the plan of 100 per day. Haha. This turned into a go walk 5 miles night for recovery. If your wondering, I am 5ft 5 and 140lbs. I am moderately active with walking/running. I continue to be sore on second day from the lowest part of my abs, around my sides, and up to my lower rib cage. THIS MACHINE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. Not only does it work every part of your mid section but it is comfortable and very smooth. It has lots of settings for beginners to more athletic. Counter works great. You need a AA Battery, is not included. Going forward I am going to use this machine in conjunction with my squat machine and MaxiClimber 2000 XL for 10 mins a day if I can get through my body soreness lol ... show more

Lucky for me I was able to put it together by looking at the picture… But I’m only giving this a four-star because there was no instructions on how to put this thing together. Other than that the machine does exactly what it’s supposed to do and I love using it.

I like it because it does get you feeling the workout of your abdomen. I use it daily and I do see somewhat of a definition I have been using it for over a month. It’s on my nutrition that’s not allowing me to get what I want. I did add pictures and one does show that the handle came defective. It bothered me but I couldn’t find the info to write to company and let them know. Definitely wouldn’t want the defect to get bigger. Also beware of the screws I accidentally had one screw loose and I collapsed so just make sure both screws are on wish it had protection. ... show more

Now I spend an hour exercising every day and I like to practice this. I practiced for nearly two months. I see By the time my abdomen, my waistline is obviously thinner, and if I keep using it, I can still train the vest line. The most amazing thing about this equipment is that it can also practice the buttocks. So it can be a multi-function machine. Pleasantly surprised at how well this works. Always afraid I’m going to get something different from what was advertised. Not this case. Very easy to assemble, very sturdy, pads comfortable and good on knees, extremely easy to use, and I can vouch it targets all the ab muscles. I’ve used this during my workouts multiple times and I felt difference immediately. Not only abs, but all over. Arms, shoulders, butt, back, waist. I’m not a newbie to working out and would recommend to any who are bored with floor crunches and want to work more than just the abs at the same time. Folds up very easily if you want to save space.
