I had been doing PT where they use an arm bike. I needed something similar to use at home to help with continued therapy. I decided on this item based on costs and reviews. It's lightweight, pretty simple to assemble, and easy to use. I use it now both as an arm bike for PT and leg bike while I'm working. I have had it for a while now. It works and seems like it will last as far as quality - but I can’t actually use it while positioned at my desk to work bc it causes me to hit my knees on my desk and I had to remove my keyboard tray to be able to use it at all.
