It’s also well made without being super heavy or too thick. It’s the perfect material in thickness and well made. Last the lace trim is the perfect detail, the cherry on top. I searched for another like it and it wasn’t easy to find. Installing this canopy is also super easy. I purchased another canopy just in case I didn’t like this one and this one surpassed the other one in color & quality. The other canopies also have very long screws and a lot of Steps to hold up their canopy. This was so easy I didn’t need my husbands help and the screws were small so no big holes to drill .

I moved cross country from a big suburban apartment to a little city apartment, and left 30 years of sheets and blankets with my dad. Between renting and lack of materials I couldn’t reconstruct any of my old blanket fort designs, so I got this canopy as a base. It’s perfect. So cozy, and perfect for curling up with a good book. I clipped a string of Edison fairy lights to the inside of the rim, and I have plans to add faux greenery, art, and expansions. I’m so glad I spent the extra to get a high quality solid opaque canopy, it’s absolutely worth it.

EDIT to add: After a few days, a very strong fume smell has taken over the room. I'm not sure how to get rid of the smell, as the fabric is attached to the hoop, but is it very strong. It has been a week and it hasn't gone away yet. I'd highly suggest letting it air out outdoors before hanging as it is an overwhelming smell. Gorgeous! Color is exactly as pictured. Perfect size and length. Would be great over any size bed!

The hoop is not only super wide but flimsy. I bought 2 of these for my girls in the last 6 months and the hoop broke in one and the tie ripped off the other. The fabric is nice but it's too heavy for the hoop and the tie.
