I really love these glasses. They are light, have flexing hinges that give them some flex and have incredibly comfortable ear and nose pieces. Also they actually sit on my face straight. Optical clarity is extremely good and they really do reduce glare incredibly. When I put these on I literally felt the eye strain melt. I highly recommend them. Also, they are pretty nice looking. These are replacing a pair of foster grant reading glasses I bought at the supermarket which I also loved, but one day one of the arms just gave up the ghost and cracked. They did last a year of pretty rough use. Those were 19.00 for one pair. I had to fiddle with the arms to get them straight (which may have hastened their ultimate demise) They did not block blue light. Good glasses but no where near as good as these. There is a huge difference. The only con to these is they have a slight yellowish tint and if you look at a white surface with and without the glasses you will see a slight shift in color. You will not notice it unless you are looking for it. I accept that in exchange for a lot less eye strain. I spend my days at a computer and these are a real eye saver. Time will tell if they will stand up to day to day use, but they seem well built. I already got bashed in the face with a box at work and they shrugged it off. The flexing hinges really seem to help in that regard. If you're on the fence with these glasses, I would buy them again in a heart beat. They also come with a slim but strong hard case. There is a kind of a obnoxious plaid covering on it, but I can forgive that lol. It's a nice strong case. All in all, very satisfied! ... show more

I have ordered 8 pairs of these so far. The reason I am ordering more right now is because they are the most comfortable. The frame is comfortable on my ears and the filter makes screen viewing more comfortable. The other reason I am ordering them again and again is because they are fragile. The frame always cracks around the lens and then the lens falls out. This time I am going to keep them by the computer and not wear them around to see if they can last longer. ... show more

Edited to add: I accidentally put a pair through the wash today (they were in with my bedding), and the only thing that happened to them was that they were thoroughly clean! No scratches on the lenses, nor did they come apart. These things are built to last! I purchased these glasses two and a half years ago and ordered more recently only because I lost the remainder of the first package. In those two and a half years, I only used two pairs - one for daily use and one pair in my purse. In all that time, they never broke or wore out. And let me tell you -- I was rough on these suckers! I dropped them, sat on them, and crammed them here and there constantly. I have been stunned by the amount of abuse these things can take, and they still look and fit amazingly. They look great! And I love the fact that they are blue-blockers, too. I have had many readers over the years and none of them hold a candle to these. I cannot recommend these glasses enough. ... show more

These glasses are durable. I am pretty rough on glasses. Thes don't scratch easily. Ane the screws don't come out. They don't give me a headache. Great for reading the iPad all day. I will continue to buy them.

For the price these are very clear, the blue blocker appears to work great, the fit is comfortable and very lightweight, and the springs in the arms were a nice surprise. Unfortunately, just after the 30-day return period, each one started to break around the frame that holds the lens in. It is almost like it was built slightly too small for lens and now the stress is causing them to fail. They seem to break when removed from the face and the glasses were always handled with care, never dropped or smashed. Always used the awesome neoprene cases it came with and protected. The price of these still makes it a great deal and I will end up ordering another set of 5 to replace them. ... show more

These glasses at 1.5 power are perfect for me looking at my computer monitor. They seem to have a sturdy build and comfortable. I did some online blue glasses tests and could see no difference, so not so sure about the Anti-Blue-Rays part. Anyway, they work for me.

Don’t often write a review but had to clap my hands for these glasses. These OTC (over the counter)glasses are the best I’ve purchased in the last 5 years or so.
