The product did a good job of healing cracks in my feet. But buyers should be aware that Kerasal is greasy. It isn't a lotion like other crack creams. It doesn't sink in, and unless you go barefoot all the time, gets your socks greasy and is a bit messy.

For months I’ve been soaking, wrapping, moisturizing, using petroleum jelly, creams, etc etc etc, to get rid of very painful cracked skin. I was at my end until dr dray ( no affiliation) said, this product. Within 24 hours, my pain subsided, my heels are softer, and I’m looking forward to bringing my heels back to life. 5 star purchase! I tried this out due to the many positive ratings, and as someone who has struggled with cracked and dry feet for years I was hopeful this would be my solution as it has apparently been for so many others. To start with the claim of seeing results within 24 hours is absolutely true. I applied it the evening I got it, wore socks to bed and by lunch time the next day I could feel a noticeable difference in the softness of my feet and they also looked much healthier. Great results! The issue is this is only a temporary fix. After using this product every day for almost three weeks I forgot to put it on one night. By the next evening my feet were once again cracked and dry as if I'd never used the product to begin with - no noticeable improvements. Did it for a few more days, then left it off for one night and same thing. The product description states this repairs, which I feel is a little misleading because this is not a permanent fix unless I'm apparently willing to apply it every day for who knows how long. Months? Years? Forever? With skin products I realize everyone will have different results but I can only rate this on my experience. At almost $9 an ounce this a costly solution and it's not practical for me to keep buying it multiple times a month - I was hoping for a more permanent solution so I guess I'll have to keep looking ... show more

Wonderful product! Love it! Have been using Kerasal for a couple years now-recommended by Dr. Dray on YouTube. My feet have never looked better! I only use this 3x/week. This is the end-all be-all.
