One of the best fitness purchase ever so far! I workout 5 days a week, I don't have space for a large rack with different weights, so I was using a pair of DBs right for some muscles group, but too light or too heavy for other muscles, so kept changing number of reps within same workout. Since I've been using Keppi Adjustable DBs, I have been able to challenge all muscles groups staying in hypertrophy range of reps. I really hope they will make same thing with weight going from 7.5 up to 27.5 lbs! For most of women it's hard to increase by 5 lbs for shoulders and arms. Heaving weights like 12.5 before moving to 15, as well as 17.5 before increasing to 20, would allow to improve gradually with way less impact on joints. And still requiring little space :) ... show more

These are perfect for at-home exercises! Love that it is the “lower” end of the range and is perfect for me! The only thing I don’t love is they are heavier on one side vs the other, where the majority of the weight is on the “bottom”, so the weight isn’t dispersed evenly if you’re gripping them wrong. It’s hard to explain! I just make sure I adjust my grip and don’t have issues once I got the hang of it. Comfortable to hold and seem very durable.
