I loved this luggage when I opened it and couldn’t wait to wheel it through the airport! When I got it back from baggage claim it was scratched up so badly from the airline people tossing it and stuff I didn’t think it would scratch so easily. It looks awful. I bought this for my Mother for a Christmas present and she loves them. It's a very classy 2 piece set, not too heavy, looks very durable and has nice compartments inside for seperatio and you can't beat the price. It's definitely a great value. It's been a while since she has had a nice set of luggage and when she traveled last week she received so many compliments about her luggage. If you're looking for a set for your Wife, Daughter or Mother, I highly recommend this set.

Beautiful! I got so many compliments. I would’ve given 5 stars but it’s easily scuffed. The airport roughed it up. I have black & rose gold. The black was less noticeable.

As stated in previous reviews, absolutely GORGEOUS luggage! Very spacious as well. Used for flight travel 4 times. During 3rd use, noticed the wheels randomly get stuck during rolling. Thought maybe I'd just packed too much. During most recent flight, same issue. The hotel I was staying in had carpet and it was even worse traveling across the carpet. I came back to read reviews (which I should've done prior to purchase), and I see it is a fairly prevalent issue. Makes me sad as I absolutely adore the luggage. Now, I will not be able to use it for flights as it is too much of a pain to use! I've yet to use the carry-on size. I hope it doesn't present the same issue.

I am very disappointed my suitcase the zipper tore while in travel and it supposedly has a 5 year warranty but yet there is no one to talk to about this warranty. Very upsetting.

So I absolutely insanely love these!!! They came so well packaged and are flawless! I just came back from vacation and they worked sooo well!!! I had no issues. There are so many organized pockets which I love!! I got so many compliments on my luggage. My checked bag (the big one) did get scratched up with all the flights, BUT I expected this with how they handle luggage these days 🙄. However the luggage (the big one) may be scuffed up, but it held up durability 100%! I would highly recommend! You have to expect when truly traveling for luggage to get beat up, it’s merely memories 🥰. Love that they have locks! Another plus: no One had these so I didn’t see anyone mistaking my bag for theirs 🙌🏻!!
