Great suitcase for it's first trip!

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value! UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution.

Handle Looks Weak

I liked everything except the handle. I tried to buckle a medium and small together so I could roll them with one hand. The handles looked like it would break off under the strain, so I had to detach them. Unfortunately, my 20-year old suitcase from another brand is no longer available. I highly doubt this suitcase will last me 20 years. I certainly cannot figure out how to piggyback two together. I tried to give this 4 stars. If something different appears, it is because the Amazon site is not loading properly.

Great carry-on luggage with great storage areas

Just used this semi-hardcase suitcase for a cruise. Went through American Airlines carry-on with no luggage size issues. I especially like the way it opens ALL the way and lays flat and has a zipper flap on the left side and nylon clamp releases on the right side that keeps all you stuff from falling out when you fully open the suitcase. It also has a zipper that allows you to increase the width of the suitcase by about 2" (but if you expand it 2" there is a possibility that it will NOT fit the airlines width restrictions for carry on). Product information states it has a "Lifetime" warranty.

I knew what i was getting bc i have a larger version someone gave me used but i wanted a carry on size and this works pretty well. Only complaint is the handle doesn’t feel strong. It’s fairly loose and twists etc. other than that it ok. For the cost id probably buy again. It does meet the actual carry on size limit too so that was a plus.

Practical and durable

Bought this suitcase for 115 in 2022. It's held up great. The handle can be a little flimsy some times but it's held up to 2-3 flights a year. I like the separate compartments too. I would buy it again but I dont need to.

I used just 3 times, and wheel part broke, and more cracks around cushioning/protection part is attached. I sent an email to KennethCole and Customer service rejected as it is not manufacture defect right away.... Really? I have no clue what is covered by them. Here is the very fast reply received: Hello, Thank you for the information provided. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your luggage. Unfortunately, based on the photos, it was determined that the damages on the bag are not considering manufacturer defects. Please note as per the warranty card we do not cover normal wear and tear or damage related to accidents, misuse, improper care, or damage resulting from airline mishandling. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline. Thank you!

excellent hard case carry-on. many ways to organize items inside. helpful zippered compartments. good looking. seems to have build quality (have only owned it for close to a year, so can't really tell yet). sturdy wheels. overall, is a good value for the money.
