******UPDATE***** I used the 20 & 24 inch in May with no problem. I love the way the luggage rolls and spins with very little effort. It was also very durable no scratches or dings. HOWEVER , I took the 28 inch for the first time last week on vacation and the handle was broken when I retrieved my luggage from baggage claim. I have contacted customer service, filed a claim and I’m waiting to hear back from them. I just received my luggage so I haven’t used them yet. However, I love how easy the luggage moves even on carpet. The 360 spin is awesome. At first sight I wasn’t happy about the color, coconut white it looked more cream/vanilla/off white. Once I put it in brighter light they look much better. I agree with the previous reviews the colors don’t match the pictures. I almost returned them because of the color but I decided to keep them because I love the functionality and I’ve always owned Kenneth Cole luggage, this is my 4th set, first hard shell. I haven’t had any major problems with any of the sets only replacing the wheels on one of the carry ons and the large piece that I used the most. Based on initial appearance I recommend. I’m always overpack so I believe this light weight luggage will help me stay within weight limits. I will update my review on functionality once I use the luggage. *****UPDATE******** LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this luggage!!!! I ended up taking the 24 & 20 on vacation. This luggage is very lightweight but sturdy. It glided on the floors so smoothly that it practically rolled itself. I was amazed how easily it moved and turned even on sidewalks. Even with the light color I only had a few dark marks on the luggage and they could possibly be removed with a little cleaning and scrubbing. I didn’t experience any cracks, dents or major damage to the luggage. I will agree with other reviews that the handles are not as sturdy as the ones on my other Kenneth Cole luggage but there wasn’t anything for me to be concerned with. The only thing that I did notice there is no give nor is the luggage space as deep as my soft side luggage. Now I know why I see others with the smaller 2 pieces or the 1 big piece. Since I’m an over packer I will take the 28inch on my next 5 day or longer trip instead of the 20 & 24inch. I like the luggage so much and more importantly the sale price, that I ended up purchasing it in red also. That was the color that I originally wanted but changed my mind after reading the reviews. No, the red is not cherry red as described, more like a brick red. However, I still like the color and will order the 28inch to complete the set. I HIGHLY recommend this luggage at a great sale price. I wouldn’t purchase it at regular price based on the price per piece. ... show more

I bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter because I had plans to take her on a trip for her sweet 16. The suitcase looks very nice, the color is perfect, it has a nice interior, the wheels work very nicely, lots of space and organization inside. She loved it. We flew out on March 18, which was just after the return window had closed for the suitcase, and in the airport, the handle of her suitcase broke. She had a very difficult time transporting it for the duration of the trip, because she was also pulling a carry-on suitcase as well as a backpack. I would like to return the item but I don't see a way to contact the seller or do anything besides leave a review. Very disappointed for it to break the very first time we used it. I paid more for hers, and it broke. Mine is Amazon basics and it held up very well for the whole trip and it cost less. ... show more

I purchased several of the 20 inch Kenneth Cole spinner luggage for the family. The discounted price was a bargain! I love the color, which is a beautiful Carolina blue; it rolls smoothly and the expandable feature is an added plus. It has standard spacing inside, and the lining is pretty nice. I appreciate the carry-on size, so hopeful it'll last a while, although I have mixed feelings about the durability of the outer plastic shell. I can't wait to use on our next trip! ... show more

I just used this luggage on a trip. I packed it and it held up. The wheels were great, no issues. I bought clothes while on vacation which caused me to have to put even more in the luggage. Update- filed a claim under the limited lifetime warranty and a replacement was sent. A replacement with the same broken handle issue! Like they would have sent a returned/used suitcase. I submitted another claim and it has been almost a week this time with no response. 100% do not recommend. Bought this for a trip to Hawaii. It was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Except... when I opened the retractable handle to walk off the cruise ship it broke and is no longer functionable. There is a limited lifetime warranty that will hopefully cover it. ... show more
