My problem was in trying to get it repaired as per Kendra Scott warranty (repairs within 1year). I could not reach Jewelry Pro customer service; when trying, my inquiry was always sent to Amazon customer service. When contacting Kendra Scott, they were kind ;but, said I had to deal with Jewelry Pro! Here we go again, I thought! Since this was a gift for my grandaughter, I gave up and bought her the 2nd one.
