In the description of this post it says that all GENUINE Kendra Scott items would come in a gift bag or a box. Many people had written about how it came in a beautiful box, but mine had looked like it was shipped from shein. Only came in a plastic little baggie that said made in China. The necklace is beautiful! I love it! The packaging of the necklace was not good. The necklace chain was in so many knots, it took me about 20 minutes to straighten it out! I hope this is seen by the company. Just a little bit of tape dots on the necklace holder would do wonders.
