This is not your typical "male" scent, you know the sandalwoods and musks were made to believe are for men. It smells lighter, kind of flowery, a little sweet, it smells clean like your fresh out of the shower. It doesn't smell like anything in particular, as far as I can tell, certainly not fruity or musky. Tough to describe, but it does smell more like perfume than cologne (though I'm pretty sure those are technical terms for the composition...). My wife says it smells different, better, when it's directly on my skin. I tried two sprays under my shirt, it smelled nice but wasn't really noticeable, even to myself. I added one on my neck and that worked and I didn't feel like it would bother anyone. 8 hours later I can still slightly smell it on my shirt, but I doubt anyone else around me would. So I'd say put it on your skin, and not under clothes.

When I saw that they made a Ken and Barbie cologne and perfume, I just had to have it. But is it any good? Well, it's not bad. I wouldn't call it sophisticated, but it has a decent scent. My wife actually thinks it smells pretty good, so it's definitely wearable, especially since it met her approval. Who is this for? It's perfect for anyone who has a nostalgia for all things Barbie or those who really love Ryan Gosling. If you're a fan of either, you'll probably enjoy this fragrance. It’s a fun, unique scent that stands out, even if it isn’t the most refined.

So I recently received this fragrance and decided to rock it today since we're having that upper 90 weather. It holds extremely well with that weather. As far as the scent goes it's fresh with the prominent note of iris since the opening (must like iris), a little powdery, and citrus with the bergamot (reminds me a little bit of prada luna Rossa ocean). As far as projection goes it's moderate and as far as longevity I would say average as other fresh scents. Extra positive points for the pressurized atomizer and nice packaging. This will get for sure more use on my 50+ fragrance collection good work.

This smells so amazing and it comes in a nice sized bottle. My boyfriend wore it and got so many compliments on it.

I didn't notice this was the Ken (to a Barbie) cologne until after my purchase. Having smelled it, I now believe this is just a marketing ploy. It's not totally offensive, but it's softer than the backside of a newborn. Effeminate in a very ambiguous, and undecided way. It's profusely floral, but with a nearly spineless citrus backbone, to bring some hint of balance. Yet it competes with itself to no avail. It's frantically trying to say something of no import, and can't manage to spit it out. It doesn't know what it is, and frankly neither do I. It's a conversation piece, but otherwise it's virtually useless with indecisiveness. Utterly juvenile. I'm not a fan of this fragrance. Frankly, I believe this to be garbage... which is exactly where this particular overpriced example will land. It's not even worthy of a second spritz. I did notice it was notably loaded with essential oils... so if you like it, it's going to have some staying power. I just can't understand why you'd want to smell like it, outside the name implication... but we're all different. Just don't expect me to complement you on it.
