Let me start by saying I hate to wear dresses. But this one proved me wrong. I’m 5’4 about 220 lbs with pretty broad shoulders and meaty arms which I hate to show. Two kids resulting in a larger mid section and busty probably 40DD or DDD. This dress compliments all problems. Covers the arms, it is a low v-neck with some cleavage however made you still feel feminine!! I had no issues with the small button on v neck line. This dress hit just above ankle length and worn with wedge heels. There is a stitch in mid section all the way around to give shape but not tight and stretchy. Worn in 90 degree weather outdoors, felt light allowing for breeze. Brought navy blue and white, colors were vibrant and even. Circumference of sleeves were PERFECT and flowing. In order for the top to fit (runs large) then the bottom is tight (runs true to size). I exchanged fir smaller dress but as I stated now that the top fits, the bottom is tight. Wish I had just returned it now I'm stuck at the second dress and not thrilled at it with the quality of it is nice and it's pretty in person just as pictured just the cut of the dress is unusual. There is a snap that holds the top closed so I don't know if that's the problem.. if you're small on top, I would not recommend ... show more

I bought this dress because I realized I had virtually nothing I could wear to any occasion that required better than very casual clothing. My wardrobe had devolved to jeans and tees - and not much else! I love this dress. The fit is perfect. I'm tall, so the length is great; it hangs about 7" up from my ankle (lower calf length). The fabric is incredibly easy care - all polyester, but not slick or shiny at all. It actually looks and drapes like rayon, but without the challenges rayon can present. I like that the sleeves cover my upper arms. I wish I had Michelle Obama's sculpted bi- and triceps, but I don't! The pattern is just the right size - not a ditsy print that seems to go on for acres, or a large print that looks like upholstery! The price? An outstanding bargain. There is nothing about this dress that I dislike, so it is happily hanging in my closet, ready for weddings, dinner out, etc. ... show more
