I bought these because I was tired of wearing disposable underwear. I'm in my early 50's and wanted to feel more natural. They have held up in the washer and dryer very well. My pelvic floor physical therapist recommended these for my road trip. She explained these are better than using pads as pads put pressure on the pelvic floor muscle which ultimately weakens it. Well not only was I impressed with how they feel like regular underwear but how well they work. When I did have leakage the inside showed wetness but there was none to be wiped off and it never showed on the outside. With work my hope is to eventually not need these but I will always keep some on hand just in case. These are well worth the cost.

These creep up your rear and then are so tight on the leg that they dig in and hurt. I'm am more on the slim side so its not because I am heavy. I do not recommend. Will probable throw away !

These work for small bladder leaks. I like to wear when working out, but they do cause you to sweat because they don’t breath. At first I didn’t like the crinkling noise the material made, but after several washings the noise went way and they still work as expected.
