    • good stable chair
Color: Black Fern
It is more comfortable to sit in than I expected. It holds my weight with no issues. It does sit low so you have to prepare to be able to sit down properly and be able to get u. Its a good quality chair. Very stable and durable. I am not small by any means and I fit in it. Great for sitting at the fire pit. Well made and well put together. ... show more

    • Won't last
Color: Black Fern
Super uncomfortable and doesn't seem like it will last. Like the concept but don't have high hopes for longevity.

    • Looks cooler than it is comfortable
Color: Wood Thrush
So when I meet up with my friends, I bring this chair and without fail people think it looks really cool. It looks expensive too so if that’s what you’re looking for and you want compliments on your chair this is a good one to pick. I don’t notice much others have noted about it feeling unsteady because I’m a medium to small size the women so it has plenty of room for me. Strong so the heavier build doesn’t bother me either. As far as comfort goes, I would take a zero gravity chair any day over this one. I love those chairs, but they’re kind of heavy when they folded up so this one’s more portable. Easier to transport. If you’re going for quality materials and looks and style, I would say this is a good choice. Comfort is so so. I keep it in the back of my minivan ready to go and I always get compliments on the chair. I guess it kinda looks expensive so I kinda don’t like the way it draws attention to itself. I would prefer probably the same quality materials in the retro aluminum chair design. ... show more

    • Wobbles.
Color: Black Fern
meh. The design is better suited for a small person. It not sturdy for me @ 200lbs; it wobbles, and feels uneasy when getting out of it. I handed to the 7-year-old and said, this is YOUR camp chair.

    • Reliable Kelty Quality
Color: Black Fern
Really happy with this chair — it's comfortable, packs down easily, and the aluminum frame feels genuinely sturdy. Love that the carry wrap doubles as a dog mat, which is a nice touch. Worth noting it sits pretty low to the ground, so if you have mobility concerns that's something to keep in mind, but for relaxed camping or backyard use it's perfect. A noticeable step up from your typical folding camp chair. ... show more

    • Low and Sturdy seat

Easy to set up, thankful that the carrying mat that doubles as a pet mat comes with instructions sewn into the carrying pocket. Comfortable low seat. If you are older or have knee issues it's a little too low for sitting and getting out of comfortably but otherwise it's great to sit reclined in. For me personally, the recline angle would've been better to have a higher back rest but it's angled so that you can sit forward as well. Very sturdy construction and material. Everything uses button push locks to secure in place, the arms fold and unfold are Not intuitive but the instructions are easy to follow. The seat comes in more pieces than I was expecting which is why 4 stars. The carrying case does help keep it all together with a handle on the top and side however it's not meant for putting away and setting up daily. It's more of a week long or more set up before having to pack it up again. ... show more

Got this chair to use for a variety of things, but mostly for using at the beach, and for camping-style outings. I was sort of surprised how large this was, even when broken down into its portable form, it takes up almost as much space as a standard lawn chair, while sitting a lot lower. It's not too heavy, despite the size though, so its still decently portable. As far as sturdiness goes, its average. Oddly enough, even with it all assembled and locked in, it has some forward backward wobble, as well as side to side. For something this highly priced, I expected better, to be honest. It's not too low to the ground though, and for a 6ft male, its fairly comfortable. I can comfortably extend my legs and not have them hit the corner of the chair, and getting up is pretty easy. It's not slammed on the ground like some beach chairs, but its probably half the height of a lawn chair. I think the design is cool, and you can assemble it in about a minute, but again, its three pieces, and I expected it to be a folding chair, rather than an "assemble every time" chair. As you sit in it, you'll notice how sturdy the sitting and leaning surfaces are, and that might not be to everyone's pleasure. For me, its definitely on the firmer side, and may get uncomfortable if sitting for more than like 30 minutes at a time. I think the goal was to make it more durable, which it does seem like it will resist sag over time, but it sacrificed comfort. Overall, this chair does its job. It's portable, and you can indeed sit in it. However, at this price point, I expected more sturdiness, more comfort, and even faster assembly. ... show more
