The quality of the boots is not good and they were shipped to us without a box. When we tried to return them, we were not only expected to pay postage back to China ( which costs more than the boots) , but also the return address was gibberish. So we couldn’t return even if we wanted to.

    • Defective Zipper and difficult to walk
My daughter ordered a pair of these boots. She only wore them once because every time she stepped in them; the zipper would break at the heels. She really loved them but can wear them. It was a waste of money.
