I was kind of skeptical about if this would actually work, especially for my jade plants, and I was overjoyed to find out that it does! Had an unfortunate grow light accident when a bunch of leaves got burned and fell off and bought this as a last resort for saving them. Followed the instructions for lightly scratching the node and dabbing on a bit of paste, and after a few weeks new sprouts started growing! I’m so excited, I think my jades will look better than ever once the new branches grow in fully, because it will be a whole new branch, not just a leaf. It’s like the results you get from pruning, no cutting required! I even used this stuff on a node with two totally intact leaves, and a new sprout started growing! Like I mentioned, I also use grow lights I bought here (Gooingtop Grow Light 100w) which I think help a lot with the quick growth (just make sure no one accidentally moves them too close to avoid burns!) so I suggest using them in together. I also use Miracle Grow cactus and succulent fertilizer about once a month, which may also help. Amazing stuff, will definitely keep using it. I like that they include Q-tips to apply it. You really don’t need a lot, I actually found that too much slows down growth a bit, so I don’t mind that the bottle is very small. I’ve used probably about a quarter of the container on multiple nodes on five plants. Smells a bit like lanolin, but it’s not terrible or very strong and doesn’t linger after application. I definitely recommend this, and will be using it for as long as I have jade plants. ... show more

I chopped my fiddle leaf fig a few weeks back, and only left two short branches. I used this paste on multiple nodes, and all of them are pushing out new growth. I’m super impressed.

I had a long leggy pothos that had lost so many leaves on her trailing stems due to my neglect. I was considering chopping and propping but was reading in a houseplants group that this product will make leaves regrow on bare stems. For the amount that you get, I thought this was kind of pricey but I love spending money on planty stuff so why not give it a go? So of course I didn't read the instructions about making a little slice where you are going to apply the paste and since I had applied it to at least 25 places on the leggy leafless pothos vines, I didn't really want to go back and re-do it so as I tend to do, I once again ignored this plant. Shockingly, it still worked. It took quite a long time to work but it's CRAZY how where one leaf used to be, now there are clusters of 2-3 leaves, and the leaves at growing for the pasted areas are a rich, dark green. That pothos is once again pretty glorious looking (her vines are about 4' long). It's too bad I didn't take before and after pics. The bottom line: this stuff WORKS like magic to stimulate new growth in areas that would not naturally regrow. ... show more

I used this on pothos, philodendron and monstera with great success! The pictures are from my neon pothos. Just remember that this will create a stem where you put it, so plan accordingly. Would give 10 stars but with a small disclaimer. I’ve used it on my many, many pothos plants, specifically to regrow some patches that were bare from leaves falling off, and I’ve had great luck. Almost every single node would grow a new leaf, and I’ve been able to fill in most of the bare spots almost entirely. I’ve also used it on a fig tree that I brought indoors and have had amazing results, many new places of growth, even where there were not previously any branches. That being said, it is quite sticky and a bit smelly and is somewhat challenging to get off. Even after washing your hands with soap, the smell remains AND I’ve had stickiness remain. Using the q-tip like applicator isn’t super easy, so application can be a bit tricky, but once it is on, it’s amazing. Using the q-tip like applicator seems to leave lots of product on your fingers, hence the stickiness when applying. It is also something that doesn’t dry out and seemingly stays on the nodes forever (or at least several months as far as I can tell), so it is best to use it on plants that you are not planning on handling right away or that are in a permanent spot. ... show more

April 2023: I can't say if this works or not because the product I received has clearly been used. The cap wasn't screwed on and 1/4 of the product was already missing. Frustrating after having to wait an extended amount of time to receive. Returning. July 2023: Replacement received. Applied to several different plant types. No results after 8 weeks. September 2023: Updated from one to three stars. Results clearly depend on the plant used. On some plants I never saw results but when added to a stem of a jade plant (lost leaves due to heat and sunburn) and a golden pothos; I saw results in a few weeks. ... show more
