The washable upper makes cleaning easy, and the cushioned footbed provides comfort on the go. Weighing 8.7 oz / 246.6 g (per sandal), made with durable, washable polyester and featuring a hydrophobic mesh lining, the women’s Whisper Closed Toe Sport Sandal is built off KEEN's traditional wider footwear form. First of all, thank you to previous reviewers. Some said to order your usual size. Others said they ran a little small &/or little narrow. I typically wear women’s size 5.5 - 6.0 and have a slightly narrow foot so I ordered size 6.0. They fit perfectly and seem comfortable for walking. I mainly plan to wear them at the beach & on rough surfaces. If they don’t hold up well this summer like previous Keens I’ve had, I will downgrade the rating. But for now, 5 stars. ... show more

I don't always photograph my shoes, but when I do they look this cute ! Hey, these are fun and these are Keen. What more needs to be said ? If you know the brand you know the durability, comfort, and functionality of these great sport sandals. I bought a few new pairs, but the very first pair of Keen that I bought yeeeaaars ago is still going strong. These are 8.5, which are my true size. The first pair of Keen that I purchased were size 9 because I read a review that advised to size up. I think you align with the footbed better if you stay true to size. ... show more

I bought these shoes as an option for a more breathable shoe to do a lot of walking in, on a trip to Europe. I bought these, and a pair of Chaco Z1s. I was shocked how comfortable the shoe was, and the pink with teal accent made the utilitarian style prettier than expected. It took me two weeks to decide which of the two shoes to keep, because I was surprised how much I liked both! But they aren't exactly pocket change to keep both when I only needed one. Ultimately, I am keeping the Chacos and sending the Keens back for one minor reason - the arch support in the Chacos is notably better. If I was a person who had a good reason to keep these too, I absolutely would, but for the cost I can't justify keeping two pairs of sandals that will probably be infrequently worn. But, I liked the Keens so much more than expected, that I still wanted to leave a review saying so. I would 1000% consider buying in the future should the occasion arise that I need this style of shoe and won't necessarily be walking miles in it. My foot is long and thin, so the shape/size were no issue for me in my usual size, but I will add that they may be a bit narrow for someone with a wide foot. ... show more

This is a great sandal. It helps my plantar fasciitis and i can function with no pain during or after walking. Anyone with PF knows that this is a big deal. My only concern is that it might start stinking after some use but time will tell. It helps that the sandal is washable.

Love colors and comfort. Right out on box walked dogs a mile+ and kept on rest of day. Numerous admiring comments often accompanied by “are they Keen’s?” Real brand identity. Only drawback: very difficult to stretch back to put them on, despite perfect fit. A bit better each time but still aggravating. I ordered my regular size which is never a problem in fitting. When I tried the shoe on I couldn't even get my foot into it. The fact that the back strap doesn't expand is a problem. Otherwise the quality is very good. I gave 4 stars for quality only.

I wore these on a trip to Supai and used them to hike around to get to all of the waterfalls. They were sturdy and I never had an issue with grip. Sand gets in them and you have to take them off to get the sand out which is annoying, but to be expected with the design. I got a little irritation from rubbing, but no blisters. ... show more
