Most keen sandals have a big ugly toe guard. This model looks better. Hopefully Keen will bring it back since this style has been discontinued. It is the exact style of an earlier pair of Keen sandals that I wear all the time.

Comfortable, attractive, and an otherwise great multipurpose sandal for in and out of the water (wore them on the beach, snorkeling, lengthy walks, and out to dinner), but I was disappointed with the traction on wet surfaces. Slipped (but caught myself from falling) twice in the first couple of days of wearing, once on an outdoor tile surface at a resort, the other on a steel strip in the sidewalk (both wet from rain).
