This is my second pair. My other pair are women's size 9.5. Both are size EU 40, BTW. They fit similarly. These were a wee bit tight and I was a little concerned. I bought a pair of cedar shoe trees and did two sessions of stretching. The first session was to stretch the toe box by putting them in as directed. The second session was to jam the shoe trees in backward / upside down with the toe to the back (to stretch the back) and have them sit out in the sun. They fit like a glove. I am breaking them in by wearing them around the house. My old pair need to be washed badly and I wanted a new pair broken in first so that I won't miss out on my walks.

Are they "water resistant" water shoes because they have a padded insole instead of smooth rubber? I think maybe. But it also makes them comfy. Used for a few hikes to ford rivers in New Hampshire. Very comfortable, protected toes and feet most ably. Dried out in about a day, no shrinking. Nylon uppers help make them lightweight. I ordered my own true size and never had to fiddle with the tightening cord. Keen sole material nice and grippy even when wet, it's certainly one of the best reasons to choose them. I was utterly pleased with these. I recommend these or really any Keen water sandal that you might fancy.

It is noticably more lightly built than other similar Keen sandals of similar design. It's comfortable but may not have the 2-3 year durability of other Keens

These sandals do run about a half size smaller. I knew this before ordering and they are a little snug, but they will work. I normally wear a size 10, next time I would order a half size larger.

My son had an awesome pair of Keens in a Youth size 6 that lasted him 3 summers. They held up so well to all day, every day use in the water, on trails in the woods, on rocks at the beach, and they still look great. He finally outgrew them and he needs men's sizes now. First, they run small. He wears a men's 9 and so I purchased these in a 9. They were too small and too tight. My son really disliked that there was no strap on the back to loosen them for putting on and taking off easily. Even when he loosened the elastic strap on the top, it was tough for him to put his foot in. He did not like them, so I sent them back. Secondly, the price is crazy. I bought similar sandals in the youth 6 for $40. Why does the price jump to $75 when you go from a kids shoe to an adult size? The materials and quality seem the same and I know they are a little larger, but seriously? $75 on sandals that a kid will most likely outgrow before the end of the summer is crazy. Please- make kids sizes go higher in number- or make the smaller men's sizes more affordable. Make a version with a strap on the back that can be loosened or adjusted for kid to get on and off. Just because his feet are big enough for men's shoes does not make him any less an 11 year old kid - Durability, comfort, ease of getting on and off, and PRICE are important for families with kids.

Solid toe protection, stays on in heavy surf, superb traction on sea side barnacle covered boulders and crossing mountain streams, light enough to be a Camp Shoe but solid enough for scrambling. This is my third pair and I find that the soles will eventually wear out before the stitching and material does (which is how it should be…) Quick to dry and non-marring on boat decks and docks is a plus; machine washing will successfully defunkify these water sandals when that inevitable time comes

I ordered these after my Keens H2 of over 10 years of wear has finally gave out. I wanted something a little less bulky and these are perfect as they feel lighter yet still durable. I wear a size 8 men's and the fit is the same from my old Keens H2. I didn't need to size up as other reviewers have noted.
