I love the look of this mirror, and I like the fact that I can plug it in and not go through endless batteries like I did with my former lighted mirror. Although there are several different settings, I don't find that any of them get as bright as I would like. Also, the light is on a timer and often goes out at least once while I'm applying makeup. I hate that. The light sometimes flickers, or is not steady which is annoying. I feel that this is an over priced mirror, but I am keeping it. I cannot recommend this as a gift, and I would tell my friends not to purchase it. If you are considering this for the looks and a quick makeup touch up only, or maybe you take 10 minutes to do your makeup, then perhaps this is the mirror for you; I just think if that's the case, you can spend less money.

I love this mirror. The magnetic charging cord is so easy to attach and remove and stores out of the way so I don't have messy wires on my counter. I have had it about a week and not had to recharge yet. The on/off button is easy to manage, though it did take a few tries to figure out how to turn it off! (2 clicks) The brightness, along with the 10X magnification is perfect for finding stray brows and mascara specks that need to be removed, and for double-checking makeup blending. It's sturdy, yet lightweight enough to easily move around as needed.

It's a good mirror and I like that it has three different brightness settings on a one-touch sensor. I was unhappy that right out of the box I could hear something loose rattling around inside the mirror when I flipped it over from side to side. I still works, however, and instead of going thru the trouble of getting a replacement I'm going to take my chances on this one and try not to let the rattle annoy me. I was also a bit surprised that it didn't come with the attachment to plug the USB line into a wall socket but I have several so I'm going to let THIS slide as well. All in all, a decent purchase. It was $15 more expensive than my last one and I hope it lasts longer than it did! I bought THAT one at Costco for $25 and they had no more in stock when I returned it because the USB input was flawed after less than a week's gentle use.. I compared a hundred make-up mirrors on Amazon and this one has 10X magnification on one side plus the choice of brightness on both. It's a good unit!

The mirror itself is small and light weight. The three light modes works and the charging cable is magnetic. I do have a few of issues with it though: 1) When assembling the base with the stand, I was unable to do so because the bolt was too short and there was not enough threads to screw into the stand. I could not find a way to lengthen the bolt to fix this. Instead, I was able to remove the thick round washer at the base and that exposed enough threads to attach to the stand. 2) The surface of both mirror is not easy to clean without a micro-fiber cloth and water. The mirror surface tends to pick up oils (facial oils or fingerprints) and stains easily, and the oils cling so tight that it spreads instead of getting wiped off. I am not sure what kind of material the mirror surface is made from but I don't think it is glass . 3) Even at full charge, the light is noticeably dimmer than when the charging cable is plugged in. Other than these 3 minor issues, it does work well enough.

I only had it a day and only had a chance to charge it. There is a design flaw in that while charging you really cannot use the mirror because of where the cord plugs into the mirror preventing it from turning the mirror 360 degrees. The on/off switch is on the normal side of the mirror so you turn it on then have to flip it to the 10x side. Why not just put it on the side you bought the mirror for? I read it stops taking charges and the lights dim but I will use it for the 30 days and if I have problems I will come back and update this review. Right now I love the brightness of the mirror. It is lightweight which would be good for traveling. Update: I've used the mirror for almost 2 weeks and noticed that the brightness is not consistent without being plugged in. I find that the light is brighter when plugged in as opposed to being fully charged. I only use it for about 10 minutes at a time and it does Not get used daily. If you don't mind using it with the cord plugged in, you will get the brightest light. I have not yet decided whether or not if I will keep it.

I bought this to replace one of those mirrors that suctions to you bathroom mirror cause those don’t work! I love this mirror because it is bigger and the three different brightness levels are great. My vision is not great so I use the 10X magnifying side to put on my eye makeup and it’s perfect. Nice and clear. I am very glad I purchased this one of all that I looked at. Now my only suggestion would be maybe make it a little taller or include an extension piece that can be used to make it taller if desired. But I love it! Highly recommend!!

The mirror stands at the perfect height, so I love that. Some reviewers were mentioning that you have to leave the mirror plugged in because of short battery life, but I don’t mind that at all, never had a problem with the battery dying. As far as the 10x magnification… GOOD LAWD!!!! I’m SO GLAD people don’t walk around seeing in 10x magnification because apparently I have pores the size of Texas and a mustache that would make any teenage boy jealous, and I didn’t even know it! This mirror quite possible has saved my marriage if I hadn’t discovered such nastiness and let myself keep going like that!! LOL!! Overall, I love this mirror!
