The boots are what was expected except that they had an insert to make them wider from the calf which I didn’t need. They are too wide my legs are not. These boots are super stylish. They look like real leather, but there's no internal support. I ordered a size up, so I may be able to use gel inserts to fill out my arch. I'm tempted to keep the boots because they look so good. I'm still mulling it over. These are the kind of boots you could enjoy wearing to a party in the spring or fall. They are not the kind of boots you'd want to wear if you're going to be doing a lot of walking, say at the mall. I doubt they'll hold up to snow and ice.
