The media could not be loaded. The boots came in a bag no box so pretty rough shape after shipping and handling . Besides that the quality is kid of what you pay for - not too great material but basic useful for daily wear . Might be able to get better quality at store clearance etc or a sale . I personally need big size not found at store . Overall ok . Maybe ship in a box will help

Please have quickly become my favorite boots. Although they have a zipper on the side, they also have laces in the front that can tighten the ankle area for a better fitting. I also like the flat heel.
