Paper may require special pens for a smooth appearance. Monthly dashboard very dark in color less options without adding stickers. Month view is very small would be hard to add much detail. Weekly view horizontal in layout with lines and check boxes, 1/2 the space for weekend days. If you like a daily to do list but very little extras. It has a solid front and back cover. Lots of notes pages and a folder that could hold small notes. Hard to compare to similar priced planners but should accommodate the job. I am a planner snob. There are certain things that I must have (like the entire month at a glance). This planner from Kate Spade not only has everything I look for, but it's also got a bright, beautiful design on the cover. This planner does start in August of 2024, so perfect for students starting classes in August. Not only does it have the entire month on a 2-page spread, but it also has each week on their own pages with plenty of space to make notes and boxes to check things off if you like. Each month is tabbed out, and the "cover" page of each month has space planned out for "To Do", "Save the Date", and "Birthdays and Anniversaries". Love being able to have all that on a single page. There is also a page for notes with each month, and the front. There are stickers for a lot of activities which are cute, and a list of all the holidays for 2025 and 2026! A cardboard folder in front is provided for small notes, receipts, photos, etc. The binding is double wire, which is not easy to crush, and the cover is a nice, thick cardboard. This is an absolutely beautiful planner with lots of bright, sunny pages and wonderful places to write! I love that there is plenty of space for appointments and notes plus anniversaries, birthdays, important dates, lists, etc. I'm old school and still love my paper planner so I always look for the best planner I can find each year and I'm glad I chose this one for my 2025 planner. It has stickers and lots of fun little things. And it goes from August 2024 to the end of 2025 so I can start using it now! Tons of cutouts for the different months for the 2025 year, with monthly and daily pages for jogging down all your daily/weekly activities at a glance.
