First off their customer service was good, they got back to me quickly and I appreciated that. Now the mirror looks good and is heavy and seemed to be well constructed. However when placed on the wall it doesn't lay flat, it actually was off by at least a 1/2 in. and wobbled. I laid it on the floor and other walls but it still wobbled and rocked pretty bad. So if you think it'll hang properly with the to eyelets on the top rail think again it won't. I figured I would take the mirror and backing out and give the 2 corners a couple taps and it worked, it now lays flat and the mirror didn't break. To get the back and mirror off the frame it took at least a 1/2 hour. I don't know what your supposed to do to replace the mirror if it cracks but it shouldn't be this difficult to get to it. I think the metal tabs are enough to bend over to hold the mirror and backing, it seems a little overkill to glue the mirror to the backing. I finally got the mirror on the wall one of the eyelets broke off so I managed to make my own brackets to hold it flat and secured to the wall. Done or so I thought? I took 2 steps back and there's a noticeable bend in the frame that makes the rest of it look terrible! I grinded off the basket in front hoping that would make a difference, it didn't the frame has a bend in it and I kid you not the first person to look at it noticed the bend. like I said customer service is great but product needs better quality control. I love this mirror, I originally purchased it for a guest bathroom but decided to hang out in our entry. It is heavy and well made. I love the shelf, as I'm able to put a potted plant in there and sometimes use it for my keys or sunglasses. It seems like it will last a long time!

Awesome, heavy duty mirror! Installed in my kids bathroom. I love the shelf instead of those old school medicine cabinet doors that eventually break and fall off. We've received a ton of compliments since installing! The only thing I would recommend is putting a coat of poly on to protect the wood shelf. ... show more

When I got this, I didn’t like the distressed look so I spray painted it black and it looked great. It is really big and didn’t end up fitting in our bathroom. If you’re planning on having a lighting fixture above this, check your measurements.
