I bought the gray one to match my couch and ended up using it on the cold side. It sticks to the base with magnets. The legs come fully assembled and folded so the hardes part of this was opening the box! hahaha! I was able to add a little basket underneath but you can also get a gold or wood round tray and it would add extra space. I love the rich color of this table. I’m using it for a coffee table with a sectional and it looks great. Our rowdy dog has knocked it over a few times, but we don’t keep anything breakable on top so it was fine. I really liked the appearance of this table. But I was using it in my main living area and was concerned with its stability and durability. The top attaches to the base with magnets and I was concerned with the strength of the hold and felt the table could tumble over easily. My other concern was the durability of the black table surface. Again I purchased the table for a main living area and was concerned with placing drinks and food on the surface.
