The fabric is beautiful. The skirt is lined. I ordered a 16 but I normally wear a 14 in my trousers and jeans. The fit was not bad, maybe a little loose. I am 5'3" and 180. The length was too long because if I added an inch it would be a formal length skirt for me. I thought about keeping the skirt for that reason. The price was higher than I normally pay, because I sew a lot of my own clothes. I probably would not wear the skirt enough to get my monies worth. So I ordered the shorter skirt. Well made skirt, lined and the waistband is narrow (no bulk). It's an Ideal skirt for my tuck in sweaters or an over the top tunic. It is slightly large in the size 8 but not sloppy. I'm 5'4" and the skirt is about 4 inches above my ankle, a length I find perfect with a heel (I only wear kitten height heels these days). I used to wear Kasper all the time, I was pleased to see that their quality remains these days.

Seems to be well made and is fully lined. It is dry clean only, which is a drawback for me…especially since it came slightly dirty. It looked like it had been in a dusty room before being packaged and had a dust stripe on one of the fold lines. I was able to get it cleaned off without having to dry clean the whole skirt. Fit is great. I am 5’4” and it hits me just above the ankles. Hips are about 41” and a 12 fits perfect.

You need to make 00 or 000. All These vanity sizes are ridiculous. I’m very thin and toned and I can’t help it that I’m petite. Many women are. You are missing out on an untapped market. Great quality and style like the 50s and you could make a lot of money if you also sold to petite woman. Should not drop below the belly button and not be tight on the butt but should fit the waste and not drop below belly button/ should be high waisted. I’m 5’ 3” 110 pounds. Much appreciated if you ever make sizes for everyone. Thank you
