Really soft and fluffy Queen sized down comforter. I use it inside a duvet cover and it's super cozy and comfy. Nice and warm, but not overly warm. So nice to use for sleep. Doesn't get bunchy and out of shape like some others do. I'm completely satisfied with it and am happy to have it in our home.

This pretty goosedown comforter is an all-season comforter that has a 400 thread count cotton and polyester cover and is made from 50% down fiber, 25% down, 15% feather fiber, and 10% feather. So it's not a pure goosedown comforter, but I don't believe anyone would ever know the difference. The baffle-box stitching design keeps the down and fibers and feathers where they belong, and they can't get out of their boxes to lump up or migrate. As someone who once made a goosedown comforter herself, I can tell you this is a brilliant idea that I wish I'd known about back when I made that thing. You can wash this on the gentle cycle in cold water and put it in your dryer. When it's in the dryer, it will dry better and faster if you take it out about every 10-15 minutes and fluff it up, then put it back in a different direction than how it came out. That helps distribute the heat. You can dry it outside, but it's still a good idea to run it through the dryer on low to fluff it back up. This is an all season comforter, which is excellent, and it has eight tabs for attaching a duvet cover. Obviously this is also a duvet insert. I have a big dog, so I'll keep mine in a duvet cover so he won't shed all over the comforter. We took a nap under this pretty comforter this afternoon and can report that it's soft, fluffy, cozy, comfortable, and gave me just the right amount of warmth. So, you can use this year round and change duvet covers with the seasons or whenever the mood strikes you. I do NOT like putting on duvet covers, but it's so much easier when the cover and the duvet insert/comforter both have eight tabs, I didn't really mind that chore today. Excellent product, an all season goosedown comforter with a cotton/polyester cover that's very soft and smooth. It's not 100% goosedown, as I broke it down above, but you'd never know it. The comforter is sewn in a baffle box design that keeps all the down and feathers in their own compartments and prevents lumps and bumps and down or feather migration. This is a beautiful comforter that could definitely be used on its own, but if you want to add a duvet cover, it makes that as easy as possible for you by having eight tabs. That makes a big difference. This is a lightweight comforter that's soft, comfortable, and cozy, and it's very well made. It feels as if it has plenty of down and feathers in it to take us through the winter. I'll put a duvet cover on mine because I have a big dog, but otherwise I'd just leave it as is.
